"The staff at Chanello's Pizza are generally friendly, but I've had two disappointing experiences in the past month. My most recent delivery arrived 25 minutes later than expected, and the pizza was undercooked with way too much cheese that wasn’t fully melted. The pizza also got jumbled during delivery, arriving misshapen and messy, with toppings not properly staying on the crust. Although the manager was understanding during a previous order error when my salad was forgotten, I think I've reached my limit with this location for now. Unfortunately, it seems like many food delivery services have seen a noticeable drop in quality since March 2020."

Ordered for delivery. Said my order was going to arrive between 6:20 and 6:30. 6:50 came by and I decided to call. They said that it had barely left and it would arrived for 15 more min. Literally almost 2 hours after I had placed the order. Was myfirst time ordering from this place and definitely will be my last.

The pizza was overly greasy, and to make things worse, I discovered hair stuck to the bottom of the pizza as well as in the french fries. When I called to report the issue, the staff member blamed the delivery driver, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Overall, it was a very letdown experience. View menu

I received a poorly cooked pizza that wasn’t sliced and was barely warm. On top of that, the delivery driver didn’t have a thermal bag, and the pizza box was greasier on the outside than the inside. Although I was informed the delivery would take 45-60 minutes, it actually took over an hour and a half, leaving me with a cold pizza. I suggest choosing a different place to avoid wasting your money.

I want to give a big shout-out to Chanello's Store Number Four for their exceptional service! I placed an order at Store Number 12 in Kings Grant, but when I arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked. Thankfully, the team at Chanello's on Lynnhaven Parkway, Store Number Four, stepped in without hesitation and took care of my order since I had already paid. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service these days, where one store goes out of its way to help fix another store's mistake. Thank you so much to everyone at Store Four!
