Size does matter!! When you order a regular size it doesnt mean extra small! The portions were so small I was stil hungry! But

The fries were cold and unappetizing, and the bun wasn’t toasted at all. Overall, this place was a disappointment. I can't believe this is how a $5 order of fries looks.

The slowest Charley?s in Miami. Not worth the frustration in ordering or getting their attention to order. Not to mention they take a day and half to prepare your food and will happily give you your order incomplete, knowingly. Disgrace of anestablishment View menu

Just finished eating at this location. Literally had to ask the manager to put on their mask as they kept coughing over the food. They rolled their eyes at me and then i paid $1.07 for extra cheese which was never provided. No attention to customersrequest

Horrible customer service. Do not eat here because they will treat you very badly. They did not want to make me my food and have me pick it right at 7. I was willing to pay early and then pick it up before I went home. Told me no. I will never order foodfrom there again. View menu

Charleys Cheesesteaks at Dadeland Mall is an excellent option for a quick meal while shopping. The friendly staff helped me navigate the menu and make the most of my order, which was a great decision. It's an ideal place to grab a hearty meal when you're feeling very hungry and looking for something special. The fries here are amazing!

I've always enjoyed great Philly cheesesteaks from Charleys, but this time was a disappointment. The bread was hard, the steak was chewy, and the fries were inedible—so cold and crunchy that they tasted undercooked. If I hadn't ordered through DoorDash, I would have asked for a refund, as I ended up having to throw the food away. Truly disappointing.

I had a fantastic experience when I visited Charleys Cheesesteaks in person—it's definitely some of the best cheesesteak around. However, my recent order through Uber Eats was disappointing. While the cheesesteak itself was excellent, the delivery was a letdown; the food arrived cold. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but I didn’t get a response, and corporate wasn’t helpful either. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of efficiency in their delivery service. That said, if you have the opportunity to try it in person, I highly recommend it! View menu
