"I had a fantastic experience when I visited Charleys Cheesesteaks in person—it's definitely some of the best cheesesteak around. However, my recent order through Uber Eats was disappointing. While the cheesesteak itself was excellent, the delivery was a letdown; the food arrived cold. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but I didn’t get a response, and corporate wasn’t helpful either. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of efficiency in their delivery service. That said, if you have the opportunity to try it in person, I highly recommend it!"
