The Philly cheese steak sandwich is really good, I didn't like the fact that they charge 1 dollar for strawberry lemonade refill.

My first Charley's original Philly cheesesteak, and it was super delicious! The service is great! The atmosphere could be a little cozier inside the Shops at RiverCenter Mall, downstairs in the food court. But other than that, it was an excellent experience.

I need to give these 5 stars to PAOLA. She is there every time I go. She is always multitasking pushing the other employees to work. She keeps the place clean the food fresh. She is always on top of each customers needs. Hard to find people with customer service like hers these days. Thank you PAOLA!

Today was my first time eating from here (we ordered delivery) and the philly cheese steak was on point. We really liked the philly and definitely recommend. But I had to take away a star because I ordered an order of fries and got like 10 fries. So kind of skimpy on the fries that’s the only downside. View menu

I see the fries, I order them, because they sound nice and I don’t know if you guys were just too sleepy or something but my bacon was cold like very cold and so was my cheese… if anything probably the fries alone would have tasted ok. Everything else was bad, and bad service. MY LEMONADE WAS FROZEN COLD LIKE FROZEN STONE?!?!? -1/10

Worst customer service experience I've ever had, waited at counter for at least 5 minutes before being greeted by one of the 3 over excessive and unnecessary staff on board.Tried explaining I would like a sandwich with just sauce meat and cheese and was treated in a rude and in welcoming manner for not understanding the menu.If I did not have my spouse there to take over and place the order for me my money would have been spent elsewhere!

My wife, son, and grandchildren traveled from North Dallas to San Antonio for the Tiger Rock National Competition. After a long day, we decided to try cheesesteaks from Charlie's. We ended up spending $81 and change for two kids' meals and three adult sandwich combos that were supposed to include chips and drinks. First, the fries in the kids' meals were cold, and the chicken strips were not fresh. The portion of fries was disappointingly small, barely enough to split between the two meals. Additionally, we did not receive the chips, which cost nearly $3 per bag, and our sandwich preferences were not followed—both my wife and I received our sandwiches without mayo, lettuce, ketchup, or tom...
