"After returning from Sequoia National Park, I was craving a good burger that wasn't from the usual fast-food places. After searching on Google, I stumbled upon this spot with a 4.7 rating from over 100 reviews, which piqued my interest. Don’t be fooled by the storefront; this place serves incredible burgers. Our food arrived hot and fresh, and every aspect of the burger was delicious. We ordered double bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and a milkshake. The first bite was a delightful surprise! The bacon was thick and packed with flavor, and while the beef was mostly well done, it was tasty with a wonderful charbroiled taste. The fries were excellent too, featuring a fluffy interior and a lightly seasoned crispy exterior, just like good crinkle-cut fries should have. The shake was a perfect way to finish the meal. The prices are reasonable for the quality you get, and if you can navigate the challenging parking lot, this is a fantastic place for a great burger. Make sure to stop by if you’re headed to Kings Canyon or Sequoia National Park next time!"

"Although this place is inexpensive, it will never earn a 5-star rating. First, the frequent turnover of staff contributes to the poor quality of the food. Second, the staff tends to charge different prices depending on who's at the counter. Third, the chicken is often undercooked, either bleeding or excessively soft; it’s also poorly seasoned and fried in the same oil used for the fish, which is quite unappetizing. Fourth, the fries should be hot and crispy, but instead they arrive soggy and taste like they've been frozen. Finally, the reason for the 3-star rating is the pizza; it’s the only consistently decent item on the menu, as it’s generally cooked well and not always burnt, regardless of who's in the kitchen."

"The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious, although the loaded fries were overcooked and a bit dry. The service was excellent, and the menu offers a wide variety of options! The mozzarella sticks are truly the best I've ever had—lightly battered instead of breaded! They were incredibly tasty!"

"I love Charley's, but recently they've been getting my orders wrong. Like when I ask for jalapeno peppers on my fries and it says it in the instructions and on my ticket to add jalapenos but there's no jalapenos. And when I'll order the buffalo chickensandwich, I'll ask for no onions and no tomatos. And there still be onions and tomatoes. And sometimes they wouldn't even putthe buffalo sauce on. I will never order from here again. Especially the one at the River Center Mall."

"I have spent hours in the past searching for a Philly Steak, only to discover Charleys, which is much closer to home. I would definitely dine here again. The food was excellent. The service was a bit rushed and they could improve on communication when delivering packed food. However, overall it was not bad enough to give a lower rating."

"Well that was quick! I am leaving my honest experience below but I received a personal phone call from the manager less than an hour after posting this review. He apologized profusely and offered to buy my lunch tomorrow. He explained that my experience today was caused but a number of things that went wrong. It is clear that he intends to please his customers so I am updating my overall rating. I feel better about this place now than if I hadn 't had the bad experience earlier today._______________My original post from earlier today..._________________I ordered online at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 11:05 a.m. and saw that my order was number 1 on the monitor. A person who ordered in person after I arrived walked away with their order before me. At 11:12 a.m. the cook finally placed what turned out to my steak on the grill. She had been working on other orders in the meantime.When she finally handed me my order at 11:14 a.m. I asked her why she hadn 't started my order until 12 minutes after I placed my order online she pointed to another employee and said ask her . I said why should I ask her when you are the one who cooked my order? She completely ignored me and refused to respond.This is the fourth consecutive time that I place an order online at this (Countryside Mall) location before leaving my house and arrived at the restaurant to find that my order had not even been started. Why have online ordering if you aren 't going to have the food prepared when the customer arrives.I have also had other problems at this location in the past. I have put up with it because the food is good.There is standalone Charley 's four minutes from this location in the food court at Countryside mall. Even though it is farther from my home it will hopefully be less frustrating. The company shouldn 't lose a customer just because the operator of this location is lousy."

"We ordered online because the app states ?skip the line?. Don?t ever do that at this store! They continually took everyone else?s orders and fed them first. They didn?t even look at our online order until the line slowed down. We asked multiple timesabout our order. We submitted store feedback. Someone from the store called that evening to say ?I calling to ask you sorry butwe were busy.? Apparently I wasn?t considered a customer by ordering online. Our order was received 30 minutes after we placedit and even then?they left out the kid?s meal. We would have received our food much faster by standing in line. The storeresponse was completely unacceptable. The drinks were mostly ice. The sandwiches were dry with very little meat. After the storeresponded to the online feedback, I submitted a request for someone above store level to contact us. I won?t eat there again. Iwas excited about going to Charleys. I love the food and service at other Charleys locations. Charleys?please fix this problem.????"
