"I waited in the first line for 10 minutes to place my order, then was sent to the second line where I waited an additional 15 minutes. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I tried to inform the cashier about the mistake, but after she spoke briefly with the cook, he just pointed at my receipt and walked away. I decided to ask for a refund instead. They started yelling for the manager, but given the number of cars and the long wait, I don’t understand why she wasn’t already helping out. When the manager did come, she reversed the payment but couldn’t provide me with a receipt to confirm the transaction. She didn’t even inquire about what went wrong or if I wanted my correct order. Honestly, I wouldn’t have trusted anything prepared by that cook after my experience. I spent over $20 and waited more than 30 minutes for nothing… I won’t be returning here again. I suggest you follow the advice of other reviews and dine elsewhere. I don’t expect any action to be taken, but I felt it was important to alert hardworking customers about where their money is going."

However, the "wonderful" staff chose to ring it up as a combo, which meant I missed out on the discount. Consequently, I had to cover the cost of their error. To make matters worse, one of the male employees, who apparently has a "PhD," suggested that I could circle back and wait another 30 minutes. Customer service tends to be much better during the day.
