"I waited in the first line for 10 minutes to place my order, then was sent to the second line where I waited an additional 15 minutes. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. I tried to inform the cashier about the mistake, but after she spoke briefly with the cook, he just pointed at my receipt and walked away. I decided to ask for a refund instead. They started yelling for the manager, but given the number of cars and the long wait, I don’t understand why she wasn’t already helping out. When the manager did come, she reversed the payment but couldn’t provide me with a receipt to confirm the transaction. She didn’t even inquire about what went wrong or if I wanted my correct order. Honestly, I wouldn’t have trusted anything prepared by that cook after my experience. I spent over $20 and waited more than 30 minutes for nothing… I won’t be returning here again. I suggest you follow the advice of other reviews and dine elsewhere. I don’t expect any action to be taken, but I felt it was important to alert hardworking customers about where their money is going."

My experience at the restaurant was terrible. The wait was excessively long, and once I noticed the rats, I lost my appetite completely.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. There were only four staff members working, and the manager spent most of the time on the phone trying to handle a sandwich issue. It’s hard to understand how someone can effectively manage their responsibilities while being occupied with a phone call. Ver carta

I was excited to take advantage of the special offer depicted in the picture below. I ordered a chicken sandwich, apple pie, and banana shake, ensuring my total exceeded the $5 minimum. However, the "wonderful" staff chose to ring it up as a combo, which meant I missed out on the discount. Consequently, I had to cover the cost of their error. To make matters worse, one of the male employees, who apparently has a "PhD," suggested that I could circle back and wait another 30 minutes. Customer service tends to be much better during the day.

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."

"I had a build your own hotdog at Red's, and it was delightful! They sent out the various toppings in individual ramekins, so one could choose how much of each item to use, and I appreciate being able to self determine my ratio of chili to onions to mustard. Also, they had myriad non-alcoholic beverage options, which made meeting friends there for a meal a lot easier for someone who doesn't drink alcohol. Red's was a very relaxing, warm environment, and I'll definitely be going back.Dietary restrictions: Red's did not mind omitting ingredients from my order to accommodate dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: There was a changing table in a non gendered restroom, so any parent could easily access it. The lawn seating area was well suited to letting kiddos move freely without irking other tables as well."

"This restaurant is fantastic! I ordered the beef brisket with potatoes and it was absolutely delicious. The brisket was tender and flavorful, while the potatoes were served beautifully hot. The sweet potato cake was also one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was great, the customer service was excellent, and the restaurant is well-known in the area."

"The service here was wonderful. We ate at the bar one night and in the restaurant/bar a couple nights later. Nick and Travis were both so genuinely nice and interested in their customers and provided great service. Food and wine were both very good! My only complaint was that when we were in the restaurant (which is still part of the bar) the music with so loud with such a crazy base that my friend and I couldn't talk."

"It was interesting, first we are seated then the hostess proceeds to take our order like she is the server. 15 mins later our actual server shows up, no problem! This was probably our 8th time there so we order the same dishes most times. We got the fried rice and it was soo salty we didn’t even finish it. Ofcourse we did not send it back, just decided to get the check and leave. When the server brought us our check she tells us she’s going to wait at the table until we are ready to pay. It was very awkward. I guess we looked like we were gonna dine and dash. I’m not sure."
