"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."

This is one of the best late-night sandwich shops I've ever been to. I ordered the 5-0, an ultimate Italian sub with bacon, along with a cookie and chips, and the total came to about $35.

Great subs and cool atmosphere! The bartenders are super nice too. They don't skimp out on the toppings and they are always fresh which I feel like is rare these days! For veggie folks, highly recommend the griefo! Ver carta

The food was outstanding! The service was prompt and welcoming. The music added to a delightful atmosphere, and the restaurant was nicely uncrowded. There’s a bar inside that enhances the relaxed ambiance. Overall, everything was very clean too!

Great place with tasty sandwiches. My only issue is that they use very little meat but pile on the sauces. The bread is quite thick, which makes the lack of meat more noticeable. Aside from that, the customer service is always excellent, and I really appreciate their late-night hours when I get hungry.
