Agave - Carta

Agave is definitely a fantastic place with reasonable prices. The fried chicken is excellent, but this time I opted for the chicken enchiladas, which were very delicious. The portion sizes are generous, and we also kicked things off with the shrimp egg rolls. I highly recommend it!

This may have been the best meal I have had in 3 years. I have been to more than 31 countries in the world, and nothing comes close to the food/ambiance/service that was rendered tonight 8/4/23. I visit Atlanta often and will return. Do not miss out on this golden opportunity for perfection. I don’t write reviews to be flattering, I write them to tell the truth. The food was to die for. Agave restaurant is a hidden gem. The food here has flavor in every single bite. It’s rare to find a restaurant fairly priced, very good food and large portions. The service here was great everyone was very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was very nice for a classy dinner or even just a casual night out. I hardly ever leave reviews but I was very impressed as I never eat out and agave restaurant delivered a great experience for me. I would recommend anyone to eat here and I will be here again. Went out for dinner with family last night, party of 9. This may have been my 2nd time dining at this place, but I never left a review. The atmosphere was very nice, the service was excellent and my food was tasty. I guess I should have looked at photos online first before I ordered because I wasn't a huge fan of the thick cut pork chop. I just assumed it would be 2 or 3 thin chops. Fried Lobster tail was delicious and I would definitely return to try that Salmon with Roasted Tomato Serrano Grits or the New Mexico rack of lamb. They both looked tasty.

Garrett was amazing , he checked on me like 8 million times lol! Upon seating, I received chips salsa. I would have loved to sit at the bar but it was small and full. I had the “rack of lamb” as it states on the menu, but it’s 3 lamb chop lollipops . It was served with mashed potatoes asparagus. It was good, I wish I tasted less grill char and more seasoning/flavor. My peach tree margarita was good. I also had the flash fried lobster. I’m not sure if it was the drawn butter that did it, but the lobster tail was extremely salty. My food came out super quick, it wasn’t too busy this Sunday around 8:15 pm.

My boyfriend and I came here for a dinner date. The restaurant has a complimentary valet, and tips are suggested. Since we made a reservation, we sat immediately. The restaurant is on the small side, so be prepared for tight spaces and the tables being close. We started with drinks, I don't recall the Tequila my boyfriend had straight up, but he enjoyed it. I had a coconut lime margarita, and it was really light and refreshing. We had posole soup as an appetizer. A little more salt was needed in it to me. We were accommodated easily with delaying our reservation time. The atmosphere is very serene, romantic and beautiful. The staff were super friendly and anticipated our needs. We did have a brief time of not being able to locate our server, however, the host and another server handled our needs quickly. The music on the restaurant side was loud enough for a vibe but low enough for good conversation. Our food was well seasoned with excellent flavor. Everything about our experience was great! Starting with Sarah, our server! She super friendly, efficient, and professional!! There weren’t a lot of people there, so the atmosphere was kind of quiet and more intimate! All of our food and drinks came out fast, piping hot, and fresh. Oh and most importantly DELICIOUS!
