"As a big fan of cheesesteaks, I make it a point to try them whenever I can. I went for mine with peppers, jalapeños, Swiss cheese, and olives, as you can see in the pictures. The bread was good, and there was a satisfying amount of cheese, which I appreciated; the jalapeños added a nice kick that I really enjoyed. However, I ended up feeling quite indifferent about the sandwich as a whole. It wasn’t particularly special or unique; it just tasted "fine." I would likely choose to try a new place rather than make a special trip back here for another. The fries were basic and did the trick. Overall, the meal was decent, but when all was said and done, it felt like it covered the basics without offering anything memorable or distinctive."

Best cheesesteak in Sac honestly, have tried a number of places and they just do it right here. Family owned and operated the parents chef it up and the daughter runs the front end super professional and top tier everytime.

Meh. Hard bread, not much cheese, dry meat, flavorless. Got the original chicken cheesesteak and the original regular cheesesteak, along with fries. Fries also meh. Not good. But the service was friendly and very fast (so fast that it couldn't be fresh).

A good cheesesteak is one of those things that's not complicated, but so many places can't get it right. Cheesesteaks definitely gets it right. Admittedly I have only had two different sandwiches off of their menu (the cheesesteak and the supreme cheesesteak), but they're both so good I just keep coming back. Great job, Cheesesteaks. Keep it up!

Okay, this place didn’t impress me. I’ve definitely had better cheesesteaks at other locations. The sandwiches weren’t substantial enough, and the options for bread and cheese could use improvement. Both the chicken cheesesteak and the steak version lacked real flavor. I left still craving a good cheesesteak. However, the service was friendly, so I’ll give it an extra star for that.
