"Came here for my birthday/ cook your catch lobster (it was mini season) dinner. We sat at the bar and they pushed us into a small corner of the bar even though no one else sat at the bar the whole time we were there. The food was excellent, the service was ok as far as attentiveness and timeliness. However the bartender was unpleasant and had a very negative attitude. She was very short when we asked her about different preparations or desserts. She really put a damper on our evening with her surliness and poor attitude. I would not dine at the bar again."

Just a special spot in Islamorada for dinner. The fish offerings all hit the button on high end quality. The Wahoo and Hogfish were perfect!

The food exceeded my expectations! I ordered the sautéed triple tail, and it was delicious! The whole lionfish was incredible as well. If you enjoy eating a whole fried fish, I highly recommend it—it's very filling and surprisingly larger than it appears!

We were so excited to finally try this place. While I understand people sometimes do not show up for their reservation and this caused the restaurant money, it is very uncomfortable to give your whole credit card information before you even set foot on the property. Honestly I really enjoyed the conch chowder. I ordered hogfish with crab meat and we had a wonderful bottle of wine. But the fish was mediocre to say the least. I just didn't have any taste, and I couldn't taste any crab meat. $300 for 2

They advertise Lionfish but don 't serve it. It feels extremely misleading, and disappointing- especially because you are subject to a 100$ penalty if you cancel a reservation. The service was okay but mostly indifferent. The restaurant responded to my review- as if they didn 't advertise heavily that this was an offering and available for purchase. I understand they will serve what 's avaliable, but it feels like they just want to position it as a fluke/misinterpretation of availability when it 's literally a misrepresentation of what they offer.
