"I've always greeted her with a smile and used polite language, and during our last visit, I even expressed how excited we were to find a Chicago's in Columbus. However, her response was to thrust the receipt at me, tell me to sign it with a scowl, and an unpleasant tone, before turning away without another word. Normally, I’m the type to leave a tip of 40-50% for carry-out, knowing that many people overlook that, but I just can't justify that here after the way she has treated us. If she’s unhappy with her job and feels the need to take it out on customers who are polite to her, she should consider working in a different field rather than customer service. This occurred on three separate occasions at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 6:45 p.m., so it wasn't near closing time or anything like that. I've also been quick to choose my orders and kept them simple and consistent each time. Given this experience, we're uncertain whether we’ll return or if it might be better to find another place to eat."

After a long day of travel, it was nice to have a beer and a really good pizza. We ordered a thin crust veggie that was very good.

I think this is the best pizza in town. It has quality toppings and you can get a one trip salad bar at a bargain. The service is always excellent. The atmosphere in cleanliness is always a+ plus

Very clean establishment throughout, including the visible kitchen Great pizza with a variety of options for any pizza lover. Love their thin crust pizza and bread sticks. Reasonable prices. Visit this place whenever we are in the mood for a pizza. View menu

The pizza was delicious but I was put off by seeing the staff sitting on the counter where the noontime pizzas are placed. If they were tired, they could have leaned up against it rather than sit on it. May have to rethink my choice of pizza places.

We stopped in late one weeknight evening so plenty of seating was available ... salad bar was only open for another 20 minutes. Service was good but food was terrible. Worst pizza we have ever had that didn't come from a freezer. Don't waste your time or money.

Disappointing. This is the large Magnificent Mile ... their version of a supreme. Mostly it was cheese and sauce with a few finely chopped toppings. The flavor was decent but, for the price and the amount of toppings you get, it 's really not worth it. I would say it fell short of Magnificent. View menu

The pizza and pasta here are excellent! Our server was friendly and did her best despite the busy night. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. They also collaborate wonderfully with local businesses through fundraising opportunities. Additionally, they are very accommodating for book clubs.

Should not be allowed to include Chicago in the name. The deep dish is pretty much a cheaper ingredient version of Pizza Hut. I think Little Ceaser?s makes a better deep dish (no joke). Absolutely nothing like a Chicago style deep dish pie. Sure hope their thin or traditional pizza is good. The deep dish certainly is not.

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
