Fast, friendly and precise service! This dining room had very limited seats, perhaps for increased COVID conditions. Dining room was clean and part of it setup for deliveries and/or order online pickup. I appreciated the possibility of dining for my situation, even if it was limited.

I order about 25-50 chicken sandwiches once a month for a safety stand down on a construction site. Their staff is extremely patience and friendly. They open at 6am and they always have my order completed by 6:05am. They work effectively. I appreciate this team and the service they?ve provided me over the past 7 month.

I wanted to try the Kale Crunch, and it was absolutely delicious! It’s a great option if you're feeling a bit hungry but still want something healthy. I place an order for approximately 25 to 50 chicken sandwiches each month for a security stand at a construction site. The staff is exceptionally patient and friendly. They open at 6:00 AM and have consistently had my order ready by 6:05 AM. Their efficiency is impressive. I am grateful for this team and the excellent service they have provided over the past seven months.

Listen, FIL a is the best ever, but these I love and so glad that it is near my residence. The staff is so friendly and depending on the day they already know what I will order. They are proven and very effective to move their long journey through lines quickly. You're patient with me to check my orders before I go, and I appreciate the most, as I do great orders due to my family dynamics.

The shopping center has a vibrant atmosphere, but it only has one main entrance and exit, which can be a bit inconvenient. The speed of order delivery was satisfactory, but I was disappointed to find that no fork was included with my takeout, which I needed for the grilled chicken sandwiches. It's sad my 14 year old daughter falling out due to 95° heat because of this local fast food chain locking their doors where customers could remain cool while awaiting their orders like other Chic Fil A locations in suburban areas of MD VA! Sad example. This will be remembered as the Chic Fil A my daughter passed out hit her head on the brick wall while we awaited our name to be called in 95° heat when she was 14 years old. Suburban Chicago Fil A's are open inside. ?

Ok so it?s difficult to find a good star to choose for my rating because the day crew at this location does a great job with getting my order right and providing great customer service but everything flips come evening time. My experience with some of the evening crew has been irritating. Some of the employees don?t seem like they want to work, the food quality goes downhill like burnt fries, dried chicken and wrong orders. The evening management team needs to get their staff in order.

The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can?t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a specialcoffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son?s missing stuffed animal and while wedidn?t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black catat this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us.
