"Definitely one of the best restaurants in Windsor. A selection of traditional Japanese inspired seafood, pork and noodle dishes to contemporary dishes and mixed drinks. I want to get the Ahi Poke because I like seafood and sashimi. They have a wide selection of beers and cocktails such as mai-tais and hurricanes (there is a melon pineapple colada), they certainly know their pigs, and if you are in the mood for fried food, they have some particularly large shrimps or chicken dishes. The owners (Head Host and Chef) are some of the most hospitable people I met in Northern Colorado- They really seem to enjoy the place where they work and the people they serve. Note that the place at 2 for a few hours for a break between lunch and dinner services"

"I give the drinks 10/10 stars every time. the rest of the visit is what was not as great as expected. they have a beautiful heated outdoor maintenance area where they serve drinks when they want to, they thought and beautiful. I have been here for a few years and it is my way when people visit the city. the last time was different. I'm not sure they're under new management or if they have new chefs. I just know it's different and not good wise. they are more “bottles” in the menu and try to be fantastic with it, but it is not unusual that it comes from mismatched and not great. our server would have gone for time-snake that have made us afraid to order a second drink (and therefore not) because we did not know when we had another chance to ask for the check and the departure. eating is not bad. it's good. it simply changes and not what it was or what it could be. the change could be due to the miserable ones, in which case please do not take into account."

"I go here 2x a week! I love the atmosphere, the selection and everything that comes out of this kitchen.You will feel like family while you’re here.Additionally, I’m gluten free and the options are endless. Pasta, pizza crust and homemade gluten free bread. Flourless chocolate cake for dessert.Come for happy hour, it’s the absolute best in town!You can reserve the back room for events. "I tried Acapulco Delight for the first time tonight, and I was very impressed! I had heard great things about it, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. From the moment I opened the chips and salsa, I was pleasantly surprised— the house salsa had a nice little kick, and the chips were fresh and crispy, not from a bag! The quesadillas and chimichangas were excellent, and the sides of rice and beans were flavorful and fresh, unlike some places where they can be dry. I really enjoyed the flameless cheese as well! We will definitely be ordering from here again."
