"The service was incredibly disappointing. My sister couldn't even eat the stale food that should have been thrown away long ago. When she expressed her concerns and requested a refund because the food was inedible, the woman I believe to be the owner brushed off her complaint and only refunded half of the amount. Additionally, they didn't clear our empty plates from the table. To make matters worse, my five-year-old seems to have gotten sick from the food, which isn't surprising since it looked like plastic play food and was clearly overcooked. We are very unhappy with our experience!"

Wow. I've never encountered burnt noodles at a hibachi grill before. After my first bite, I honestly thought I might chip a tooth! If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I definitely would.

Our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. We arrived at 6:30 PM and discovered that there was no food available. The options they did have looked old and unappealing, which was very disheartening. When I asked the woman at the counter if fresh food would be served, her response was rather rude. Consequently, we chose to leave without placing an order.

I visited this restaurant for the lunch buffet around 1:20 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Every dish I tried was bland and served cold. The air conditioning seemed to be set at 60 degrees, which meant I had to keep my jacket on while eating. While the restaurant was clean, there was no service; customers are required to go to the back to get their own drinks, silverware, and napkins. I won’t be returning for a second visit.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. My husband and I took our two children there for dinner, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The food was below average and tasted stale, almost as if it had been sitting out for hours. Unfortunately, my 4-year-old got sick afterward. The customer service was lacking; one staff member even turned off the bathroom light while my daughter and I were inside, without checking if anyone was still using it. We will not be coming back. Overall, the experience was completely unacceptable.
