On a busy holiday weekend, we still got great service with smiles. Food is always on point.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. I've ordered for pickup for years and this was my first time dining in. Wait staff was great and food was on point.

I made a quick visit and ordered my food to go. My waitress was attentive despite being busy with her tables. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor, which brightened my day. The only minor issue was with the enchiladas, but that was beyond her control. I sampled the cheese and chipotle sauce, along with the other sauces, since I wanted to eat it warm at home later.

As an introvert with a busy life and busy friends, going places alone can be intimidating, but I've always had a fondness for Chuy's and my experience tonight just added to that feeling. My server Kahleah was awesome and interacted with me in all the right ways to help me feel comfortable doing something outside of my comfort zone. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. And the best tres leches cake in Texas! Thank you!

The decor of the restaurant was stunning, from top to bottom! We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall look of the place. It definitely had a dinner theme that we appreciated. As for the food, it was amazing! The homemade tortillas were fresh and delicious, and even after finishing my meal, I couldn’t stop raving about how great they were, encouraging my family to try them too! The kids also commented on how much they enjoyed their meals. The salsa and jalapeño ranch were fantastic as well! We sat in the bar area and were attended to by the bartender, who was fantastic. She answered all our questions and made excellent recommendations. Everything we requested, like the salsa on the side and sauce for the enchiladas, was provided without any issues. She was quick with drink refills and checked on us frequently without making us feel rushed. Both the service and the atmosphere were lovely. My family all ordered the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Enchiladas, while I had the fajitas. Unfortunately, the meat in my fajitas was overcooked, resulting in dry chicken and burnt steak on the outside.

The food at Chuys is consistently excellent. Last night, I had the tacos al carbon, which were delicious. However, the service could have been better, which is usually not the case. I arrived around 8:40 PM and felt like the staff was rushing to get customers out. The host seated me but seemed hurried and lacked any warmth. I waited what felt like forever—over five minutes—for the server to acknowledge me. When she finally arrived, she brought the chips and salsa without introducing herself, and I had to ask her for my drink order. Our waitress arrived promptly to take our drink orders. I did notice that the menu had been downsized since my last visit, but we still managed to find a couple of dishes we both wanted to try. Using the coupon for the queso was no problem, and it was very tasty; however, we had to ask for extra chips to enjoy alongside it and the complimentary salsa we shared. I ordered the Taco Salad with fajita meat ($11.29), and while it was a generous portion, it was packed into a small bowl, making it a bit tricky to mix and enjoy.
