"absolutely horrible service. I had called 3 weeks before the time that we came a party of about 20 on May 21 when a going away for a friend came together. we didn't need a party room, just a territory we could all sit together and eat. the manager told me that I heard by e-mail dfw [email protected], which I heard on May 11th and again on May 16th, and never again from anyone. I then called on May 21 at 2 a.m. and asked if it was still in order that we would come at 17.30 a.m., as I never heard of the catering department again and was told that it was good. I spoke to the manager who was absolutely useless and had no interest in helping us. When I told her what happened to the catering department, she said she'd look at it. When I told her I called on May 11 and spoke to the manager about our party size, she denied talking to me. but she is the only female manager! it was just a month now, no one called or reacted. I don't know where you are. they do not care about their customers at all and their management does not take responsibility for their complete ineptitude."

Nothing beats a good TexMex meal. Panchos with fajita beef are the best. Be sure to get a top shelf margarita.

Got the steak burrito! Great portion for the price. Was not able to finish so had leftovers for dinner. Went for a work lunch and glad we got some good grub!

While it's not completely authentic, I believe that's something you already expect. The prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent! It's a nice spot for a family dinner and a pleasant evening.

My fourth Chuy’s and it never disappoints. I choose chicken fajitas and even the smell was worth the trip. This time my entire family met up and we had a grand time. My grandchild experienced her first very busy restaurant. View menu

Chips were great, queso was good. It was orange and maybe chili flavored as opposed to the white stuff you normally find. I had the beef fajitas and it was great. Came out sizzling and smelled wonderful. You can taste the marinade they use, and it's delicate but still flavorful. The vegetables were cooked well and sweet. My waiter was attentive and friendly.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. It had been a while since I last visited any Chuy's, so I decided to dine there tonight. Everything was going well until my meal arrived, where I unfortunately discovered three long pink hairs in my food. When I brought this to my waitress's attention, she suggested that I should just eat it anyway. I really didn't want to pay for a meal that I couldn't even eat.

I enjoy Chuy's, but this particular location fell short of my expectations. I should have anticipated issues when we noticed our server chatting with the guests at the table next to us. As we were ready to place our order, they continued their conversation, leaving us to wait. When we finally got to order, the food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. I have faith in Chuy's as a brand, and the food met my expectations, but this location definitely needs improvement. I wonder if the server noticed my irritation throughout the experience since it seemed all positivity ended after the damage was done. View menu

I ordered curbside pickup for the first time at the Addison location. I waited ten minutes in the car after the time it was supposed to be ready. There were no other vehicles waiting. When we finally got the food it was barely lukewarm. Usually they give you a *full* bag of chips but they gave me a quarter of a bag. I purchased extra jalapeño dip for $2.50… which went unused because of the small amount of chips. The queso was extra runny and not warm. It was all gross. Huge waste of time and money! The West Plano location has always been great. Apparently it’s too much to ask to have fresh food at the Addison location.

First of all, we love Chuy 's! It 's a bummer that the full menu has never returned since the start of COVID, like for real, where are the taco shells for the salads?! Oh well. Tonight I didn 't have a great experience. We were seated right away but no one came to see us at our table after we seated. This was more than 10 minutes. Eventually I asked one of the hosts. She went to check then passed back by again saying, where is your server? Ha! I like Chuy 's a lot but this isn 't great. I wish we had one closer to where we lived, all the more reason why it 's a bummer to have this experience after a 20 minute drive there. We walked out, didn 't make a scene but I don 't plan on returning to...
