The City BBQ in Reynoldsburg is the best one I've tried. The service was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the drive-thru option. The restaurant was clean, fast, and had ample parking.

We had their food for a big group of friends and family, and everyone loved it! We ordered ribs and chicken, along with sides like mac and cheese, corn pudding, baked beans, green beans, slaw, salad, peach cobbler, and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious!

The restaurant offers excellent service and amazing food. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is perfect for a dine-in dinner. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. I recently visited the new City BBQ in Reynoldsburg and it was absolutely delicious, just like all City BBQ locations. The service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. I dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $10-$20. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

I can't be too harsh. The food was not bad. But when you're in Oklahoma and have BBQ at two world-renowned smokehouses? Well, I'm sure for Columbus this great stuff! Like I said, it isn't bad. This place has good food bad service and they don’t listen my order is always incorrect and when ever I let them know my order is wrong I get the worst attitudes from the employees and manager if there was another location I would definitely go there. If you like smoked pork, beef, chicken, or turkey, you will likely find something to enjoy here. The sides are also quite good. And besides the fountain drinks, they have bottled soft and otherwise drinks from which you can choose. Use their app and earn points for free food! We had several sides and I had the Carolina gold pulled pork and sausage sandwich. In my opinion if you want to really taste that sauce you are going to have to ask for more on the side, because the smoked sausage taste overwhelms the other tastes. But it is good. When we ordered online and went to pick up the food, the order was placed correctly but the food was not brought out to us curbside as requested. When we got home, the order was a mess - missing sauces, incorrect bread, cold meat, and forgotten sides. The store was deserted and the staff seemed unprofessional, eating and goofing off in plain sight. When I returned to the store to have the order fixed, the manager was unhelpful and rude. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to fulfill a simple order correctly. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. We ordered dinner on line. When we arrived, 10 min after it was supposed to be ready, I was told. It will be a few minutes. When I asked why it was late I received a huffy reply, it is just late . A minutes later they asked my name, and a few minutes later told me they did not have my order. In the background are cooks dancing behind the counter. I walked to my car, got my phone and showed them the order. When I returned the cooks were gone and one of the staff was trying to find them.
