"When I first walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by this wonderful person. She went out of her way to bring me my pizza and was so kind and delightful to be around that I decided to stay for a drink. And oh my, it turned out to be the best drink I had ever tasted! Time flew by, and before I knew it, six hours had passed. I've never experienced such a friendly and welcoming bar before, and I eagerly looked forward to returning for those delicious drinks.
This place became a safe haven for me, and I am incredibly grateful for it. The bartender played such a significant role in my healing journey following the loss of my husband. If it weren't for her and this restaurant, I honestly don’t know where I would be today.
I wish I could remember the bartender's name; I’m truly sad she's no longer there. I doubt I will ever taste a drink as good as the one she made for me. She took the time to ask me a few questions and crafted a beautiful, delicious drink just for me, as if she knew I was struggling and wanted to make me feel special.
During my visits, I encountered so many wonderful people at this restaurant! The following weekend, I was excited to return to Bruno's for that special drink. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the bar was full, and I couldn't find a seat. The bartender always made room for me before, which really brought a smile to my face during a time when I thought I might never smile again.
This restaurant will always hold a special place in my heart. The pizza deserves five stars, but without that amazing bartender, it just isn’t the same. Some people have a unique energy that lights up their surroundings and makes everyone feel good, and she was one of those people.
