"Other than the food, the reason this place has been open for so long is due to the people that work there. They're always nice and attentive. I started by placing orders over the phone when my job moved to Randolph and I needed to find a new breakfast spot. I was both shocked and felt special when the 3rd time I called I was asked if this was Margaret and they'd have my order ready for me in 10 minutes. Jackie smiled when I came in and greeted me with my food. That's what I call excellent customer service! The food portion and price and pre covid if you know what I mean. Lol Honestly, the portions are large and what you're paying is cheap for a great meal. I would recommend anyone here!"

"Delicious, great and secret atmosphere! Pho 89 was a great place to get dinner and pick up with my friend (without making the choice of a place too beautiful)! The menu was like other Vietnamese places (big, a great variety, affordable prices) but there were some special things my eye fought like roast duck and various soup options. The soup was rich and light, vegetables were crisp and fresh, and meat and needles were abundant. I can't complain! We have the popcorn chicken to share it. I have the special combo noodle soup that was amazing. Servers were friendly, location was convenient, and the dining room was busy, but comfortable. I'll be back soon when I'm in the area."

"was on a business trip and held in 1048 instead of a larger france food for a change. was small, but comfortable and welcoming. the waitress was great, very appealing and attentive. menu had a good change, but I was in the mood for a steak sandwich, from the philly, I had not expected much. wow, what a good sandwich, packed with steak. it was just as good as a steak home and also filling, I recommend it!"

"Do yourself a favor and visit Pho 89. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths, generous portions. The Beef Pho is outstanding. The broth is very rich and flavorful. You should also try their Ca Nuong, which is fantastic. Skin is roasted to perfection, and the meat is juicy. Absolutely the best Vietnamese cuisine we had while in MA. Highly recommend! "I went today with my wife I was shocked when I went in and got Greeted and the place was packed I quickly notice new people behind the counter and a soda fridge in front, I asked for Steak cheese and onion,wing dings and two slices,two bottles of soda. I got the two slices quick man was it good I later found out that it was the same recipe, but it taste good for the simple fact that I was greeted nice when handed over the slices. Very nice. I got my steak and cheese and the rest Couple minutes later steak and cheese was packed Delicious the new owner spoke To us very friendly, Him and his son, Steve and Niko. I will highly recommend the new Zack’s To anyone I’ll be back in a couple days for lunch Any where you go and they greet you nice and serve you with love it’s always a plus."
