"I just wanted to go to my birthday, while I recovered from the operation, an ice-cream. what we got from cold stone 5 hours later than the agreed pick-up time was a melted boil chocolate moss, missing 2 of the 3 mischins, no frosting, no name on the cake, the happy birthday seemed to be written by a 5 year old, and the whole thing fell apart from the first attempt to cut it. this was around 7 o'clock when it was too late to come with a plan b (after a week in advance order for a 11 o'clock pickup time). many thanks to cold stone for the support to ensure that I had no birthday cake at all after I mean man sent twice to leave our plans to drive the city to get a cake that wasn't even ready near. so disappointed. they also left the frost (who does this?! and forget to add the name."
