Cold Stone Creamery is usually good, but this time my ice cream had no Oreos despite my request for extra. The rest of the menu is great, though.

Horrible experience. Signed up for the rewards app and it said to show them this coupon for 50% discount. The worker Austin was being very difficult to work with and then called his manager Derrick and said there was nothing he could do I will be reaching out to cold stone corporate office to address this issue and get my money back. 0/10

Why am I receiving a milkshake served in a cone at Cold Stone Creamery? When I asked, I was told, "It’s always like that," which simply isn’t true—I wouldn’t usually expect that. It ended up dripping all over my car. You can clearly notice the difference in both the consistency and the portion size. I have an autoimmune disease. I can’t have vanilla. They’ve always accommodated by switching in chocolate ice cream in my chocolate Elvis smoothie. I’m a long time customer usually coming two to three times a week at some points when I cannot chew. Now they won’t switch unless I pay full price for a small scoop of chocolate ice cream. Thanks for not understanding someone’s medical needs. A small surcharge I could understand but I’m sure I’m the only one asking for this accommodation.

I had a disappointing experience at Cold Stone Creamery. The waffle cone was stale, and I was charged an additional fee for the chocolate tip. I ordered a regular milkshake but was given a small instead. When I mentioned this, the woman at the counter insisted it was a regular size, despite it clearly being smaller. I even showed her the size chart that displayed the differences, but she insisted the choices were only small or large. This is incorrect, as the menu clearly states the options are small and regular.

Trust the reviews! If you're traveling on I-75, stop by the Cold Stone Creamery at Exit 269, 2500 Cobb Pl Ln NW Ste 230, Kennesaw, GA 30144. I previously tried the Wade Green location and was disappointed. When I gave it another chance months later, I encountered more problems. I ordered my usual, but the server said it was difficult to make and suggested a different ice cream flavor. I explained that wouldn’t be the same. Eventually, I ordered something else, which cost nearly $13 for a "Love It" size in a waffle cone. I was shocked by the price, especially since the Exit 269 location is much more reasonable.
