"I Stopped in here for the first time because I had received a gift card in my birthday , I bought 2 shakes while I actually liked their shakes and thought they were of great quality this place is too expensive like a Starbucks of ice cream they charged $10+ for each shake and the shakes were small size everything else was great the place appeared to be very clean,the young lady working here was friendly and professional she was proficient at her job the product i received was perfect I will most likely stop here again but honestly I'll avoid doing so on more of a regular basis due to high prices perhaps once a month or something if you don't mind the pricing they have great ice cream products and I would likely recommend this place over others in the area."

"Be careful going here if you have a nut allergy or any type of allergy. I order my ice cream at the speaker and while sitting at the window they repeated the order and one of the girls were walking by and repeated it and loudly said ewww that 's gross, who would order that. The girl was the least of my worries but then the only guy working was talking about a previous customer and making fun of them because they had a nut allergy. He proceeded to say I don 't care that they have a nut allergy, that doesn 't effect me. Why would I care what they 're allergic to? They 're a bunch of kids working here and that 's great but not when they don 't realize the severity of what an allergic reaction can be. This was on 8-4-22 at the orland park location."

"Cold Stone Creamery always has had a special place in my heart since the first time I went to one in San Luis Obispo, CA, long time ago. I remember being fascinated by the idea of mixing toppings in the ice-cream over a slab of cold stone. Fast forward to present time, I just went again to a Cold Stone Creamery after a long time. I was craving their ice-cream on a hot day so just had to have it. When I got to this location, they were semi-busy. That helped me and my family make our decision as we weren't quite ready to order right away. Once we were ready, I ordered a medium Butter Pecan mixed in w/ bananas and marshmallows, a small Mud Pie sundae w/ Sweet Cream ice-cream instead of Coffee ice-cream and a kids size Rocky Road w/ rainbow sprinkles. All of our ice-cream was good. I really liked their Butter Pecan (don't remember if I had it before at C S C or not) ice-cream. It was smooth and creamy (but was melting fast) as we were sitting outside in the sun...heheh! We received good service and the price to portion ratio was good. You definitely get your money's worth. These days, I don't see many Cold Stone Creamery shops so it's good to have this one around. And I am glad that it's them as opposed to the other similar ice-cream shop that originated the concept of mixing ice-cream on a cold stone slab. I didn't like that one. I will be going back."

"I’ve been coming here for a long time service has always been great ! Typically very busy especially lately. Staff is always very nice helpful. The male female managers are my favorite and never complain about how I request my shakes to be made or about me wanting it in a personal cup I bring. Went in a few times recently, that card reader is so slow, the receipt printer doesn’t work sometimes and during the day there was only one girl there and had a long line so I had to wait longer than expected there hasn’t been more than 2 people working even on weekend nights when the line is out of the door staff always remains friendly and works as fast as they can. Everyone that comes here regularly has had to notice that they are extremely short staffed compared to a couple months ago. The 2 managers have been definitely improving things over the summer and making the place run and look better they’re a great team. Hopefully when they get more staff and a new printer wait times will get better ."

"The hours on google and when I called said they were open at 11. I showed up at 12:40 with 3 kids in 100 degree weather? the store sign said they opened at 1. Ok we tried to make the best out of a bad situation kids played red light green light? soby the time someone showed up (after 1) we were a hot mess. The lady was nice but we were struggling. There was a huge puddleof water inside, and I appreciate the lady worked to set up and serve us before cleaning that up, but it was a struggle to keepmy sweating 2 year old out of the water. When she started putting our orders together she put the ice cream in the cup and pourthe mix ins on top. I has to ask her to actually mix the mix ins. To her credit she did without arguing with me but it feltlike something I shouldn?t have had to ask for. When we went to check out I brought out a coupon I had been emailed from coldstone and she said they don?t accept coupons ???????????. Also she didn?t let enter my phone number for rewards not a huge dealbut compounded with all of the other things it was just too much. I will not be returning to this cold stone. It is worth thedrive over to Livermore."

"We placed an order online. When my daughter arrived the ice cream was melted. She told the staff asked them to remake it. They said no. She asked why. An employee-Ella said they couldn't remake it just because it was melted. My daughter tried to reason with Ella but she continued to refuse.My daughter then asked for a refund. Ella refused. So my daughter called to tell me what was going on. I told her to ask for a manager. She said there wasn't a manager the 3 girls (Ella, Logan, Collie) working were rude refused to remake the ice cream or issue a refund. I told her to ask them to get a manager on the phone. Ella called her manager-Allison who refused to deal with the situation stating she didn't talk to customers while off. She told Ella not to remake the ice cream or issue a refund. I asked to speak to one of the employees but they refused to come to the phone. So I went to the store to see if I could resolve the problem in person. Ella was immediately rude disrespectful. She was smirking laughing while the other girls wouldn't acknowledge me. I asked Ella for the managers name. She gave it to me. I then asked her to get Allison back on the phone. Ella refused, restating what Allison said earlier. She said I could talk to her tomorrow. I asked what time? She said 12pm. I then asked for the owners name. Ella gave it to me stating he never comes in. I then asked Ella how could we resolve this tonight. It didn't make sense that they were giving us melted ice cream. They should be able to remake it or offer a refund. She stated firmly no that's their policy. I told her that was bad business customer service. I walked out, leaving the bag on the counter. I then called the fort mill police to see if they could talk some sense into these girls who thought this was a joke. They were stealing from me since they didn't want to offer a solution. The fort mill police went to the store but I had already left after 1 hour. Raja-owner called me to discuss what happened as I was getting home. It's ridiculous that it took calling the police for this to be taken serious. Raja apologized stating their policy is to remake ice cream or issue a refund. I told him this was the most appalling experience ever!I'll NEVER frequent cold stone again. This was a far cry from the happy ice cream experience cold stone offered when employees were kind sang while making ice cream. You should be ashamed to allow a franchise to be run in this manner."

"They get 2 stars because the ice cream was good the tall boy with glasses so rude he ignored me while I stood first in line for 10 minutes Sunday 8/21 @6:15. You can tell the shorter boy was new he slaved making ice cream doing the registrar while thetall one with glasses stood there with his head down. He is so lazy his customer service is terrible he offered absolutely nohelp for a new employee. Go home if your not there to work. The new employee was very nice and over worked while training. Iwill not return customer is everything you greet people and you do not make them wait while you do absolutely nothing."

"very bad customer service. hours are listed on the door and online. the place should be open at 11 o'clock, was there at 11:05. when I tried to open the door, she was locked and a hired came out and said they were not completely open. I had no problem waiting with that, because it was only 5 minutes after they were open. when I waited, I could see her cleansing and “order” but she was on the phone all the time. when it was 11:30 a.m., the worker came out and said: wait for cake or ice? when I said ice, she reacted well that we didn't do that at the moment. there was no excuse for the inconvenience. when she expected from me and another customer, she said that what happened when they were short workers, and if the closing shift did not do what they had to do. very bad customer service at a place where people should be friendly as many children go in and out."

"Ordered online for delivery through the app. They do not indicate they don’t make their own deliveries (as other companies do) I assumed it would delivered by them. After waiting an hour we’re told our deliver has been made. Once I grab the items from outside I notice it’s food, not ice cream. I call the store to explain- they put all the blame on DoorDash.I call DoorDash and because cold stone directly I have to get my refund from them. I call back to explain this but because the store is tan by a minor he doesn’t know what to do so he states he will have to call me back. This is unacceptable. No one offered to give me my money back or even remake my order. Tacky! They shouldn’t have kids running the store without knowing what to do when situations like this come up."

I have reached out to the corporate office in Arizona but haven't received a response from them or the merchant yet. "Adding on to what Ethan Villasenor was saying Hector was an amazing employee that went above and beyond. He made our experience fun and enjoy full. I think he deserves a raise and because of him I want to go back and get more ice cream. A couple of weeks ago, we went in about 30 minutes before closing time and treated ourselves to some ice cream. Isiah was our server that day, and he was incredibly upbeat, preparing our ice cream quickly and deliciously. Give that guy a raise—he truly understands customer service! "Trust the reviews! If you're traveling on I-75, stop by the Cold Stone Creamery at Exit 269, 2500 Cobb Pl Ln NW Ste 230, Kennesaw, GA 30144. I previously tried the Wade Green location and was disappointed. When I gave it another chance months later, I encountered more problems. I ordered my usual, but the server said it was difficult to make and suggested a different ice cream flavor. I explained that wouldn’t be the same. Eventually, I ordered something else, which cost nearly $13 for a "Love It" size in a waffle cone. I was shocked by the price, especially since the Exit 269 location is much more reasonable. The server said the Wade Green spot is corporate-owned and can set its own prices, making it more expensive. I told him I wouldn’t return. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my ice cream and had to throw it out. Seriously, trust the reviews! Avoid the Wade Green location—it’s not worth your time or money. My experiences at the Cobb Pl location have always been great."
