I really adore this restaurant! Every item on the menu is tasty, no matter what you order. The only drawback is the banana split; it could use a bit of enhancement, but honestly, it's still ice cream, and I love ice cream! If you're in the vicinity, you should definitely check it out - it's fantastic, and you can top your desserts with as many toppings as you like!

I've usually had excellent experiences at this restaurant, and the staff has always been fantastic. I plan to keep coming back, but I was really disappointed this time when I encountered a brand-new, untrained employee who was the only one on duty. Unfortunately, I left without getting what I wanted. I think this issue is a management concern, especially regarding proper training and scheduling of staff.

The ice cream is decent, but it's ridiculously overpriced for what you receive. Two kids' cones and a small adult cone cost twenty-three dollars! The mix-ins are outrageous, charging 89 cents for just a tiny sprinkle of sprinkles, a few gummy bears, two or three Oreos, and a handful of chocolate chips. It's honestly a joke. I had an amazing experience at this ice cream shop! The staff were extremely friendly, and there was a wide variety of flavors to choose from, along with cakes and other desserts. The place was clean and well-lit, making it a very inviting environment. Additionally, there's a free parking lot right outside, which is a great bonus. I tried their cookie dough ice cream served in a chocolate-dipped and sprinkled waffle cone, and it was simply scrumptious!

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. One of the staff members, who I think was the manager, noticed that one of my children couldn’t have ice cream because of a severe dairy allergy. He took the time to explain the precautions he would implement to provide a safe dairy-free option, reassuring me that there would be no risk of cross-contamination. It meant a lot to see my boys enjoying ice cream together for the first time—it really touched my heart!

I visited this restaurant with my family for 5 ice cream cones and a shake, but we only received 4 cones and the shake due to the pressure to complete our order too quickly. The cashier kept insisting she could help us if we were finished, even though we repeatedly stated that we weren't done. Feeling rushed, we decided to just pay for what we had received. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Despite having many staff members, they appeared disorganized and lacked effective communication. View menu
