"I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times now. The first order was decent, but I found it quite expensive for the amount of ice cream. The medium size had the same amount of ice cream as the small. On the plus side, it was delicious and delivered promptly. However, my second order was much more disappointing. I ordered the coffee lovers flavor without almonds, as I really dislike them. Unfortunately, the ice cream was packed with almonds! I called the Southborough location, and the young woman who answered was very pleasant. She confirmed that I had indeed ordered it without almonds, but when I explained the issue, she fell completely silent. This order cost over $40, and my first order was over $50. When I expressed that it seemed unfair to pay so much for something I don’t like, the only response I got was, “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do about it.” For that reason, I won’t be placing any more orders with Cold Stone!
