"I requested a refund, and the employee put me on hold to talk to her manager. When she returned, she said that she would process the refund today, but it would take 3 to 5 business days for the money to appear. This has been incredibly frustrating. If you can’t fulfill orders, please update your website accordingly or find a better way to address these issues instead of having someone at the store who doesn’t have answers. How is it possible that they only realized today that my order couldn’t be fulfilled? How can a store confirm an order, charge my account, and then only inform me three days later—15 minutes after notifying me that my cake was being picked up—that they can’t complete the order?"

I didn't realize that the small portion was actually more of a child's size. It felt quite pricey for the amount you receive. This was my first time ordering, and I think I should have gone with Dairy Queen instead. I feel like you get more value for your money there, and the taste is better, in my opinion.
