I always have an amazing experience at this Cold Stone! The staff is extremely friendly, and they offer the best ice cream around.

We were celebrating my son's 10th birthday, and he was eagerly looking forward to some ice cream. Instead, we decided to go to Häagen-Dazs in the city, and we won't be returning here.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. I ordered a cookies and cream cake, but I later found out that it was merely a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and Oreos on top. It shouldn’t have been difficult for them to use the right ice cream for the cake! View menu

We are huge fans of Coldstone cakes for birthdays, but our recent experience left us a bit worried. I called to ask if I could pick up some ice cream before 8:50 PM since they close at 9 PM. The person I spoke with said it would be fine, so I drove for 15 minutes, only to find the shop closed. I called back to share my disappointment, and they told me the manager had decided to close early. If that was the case, why did they tell me I could come in? This was a complete waste of my time, energy, and money. Now I understand why this place has only a 3-star rating! The service is terrible. I wish I could give it zero stars. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I was greeted by what appeared to be the manager who asked for my order. As I began to tell him what I wanted, he distractedly looked at a text message on his Apple Watch. He seemed to only catch the word "cookie" when I said "The Way The Cookie Crumbles." What I received instead was "Cookie Doughn't You Want Some?" At that moment, I realized he wasn’t really listening, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway when I got home. While eating it, I noticed a strong peanut butter flavor and couldn’t understand why.
