I ordered the birthday cake remix, but I substituted the brownie for yellow cake.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's shameful to charge $7 for such a small milkshake!

I always have an amazing experience at this Cold Stone! The staff is extremely friendly, and they offer the best ice cream around.

It was a bit odd that we ordered "love it" sizes, but they served us "like it" sizes and hidden them inside a "love it" cup. I'm not really sure why they did that, haha!

We are huge fans of Coldstone cakes for birthdays, but our recent experience left us a bit worried. We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream, but what we received was actually a mix of chocolate and peanut butter. The labeling was incorrect, which could have been a serious issue for my husband due to his allergies if we hadn't caught it in time. Furthermore, we also noticed a yellow cake that was mislabeled as chocolate. So, if you're ordering a cake here, be sure to double-check to ensure you get the right one!

I don't typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Kim. When I called the store, I anticipated the usual rushed and unhelpful customer service, but Kim exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly supportive and went out of her way to help me find a last-minute cake for my dad's birthday. Her assistance made a huge difference, and I truly hope Coldstone recognizes what a fantastic, positive, and valuable employee they have in her. I'm more than willing to drive 30 minutes to this location just for the outstanding customer service!

I was greeted by what appeared to be the manager who asked for my order. As I began to tell him what I wanted, he distractedly looked at a text message on his Apple Watch. He seemed to only catch the word "cookie" when I said "The Way The Cookie Crumbles." What I received instead was "Cookie Doughn't You Want Some?" At that moment, I realized he wasn’t really listening, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway when I got home. While eating it, I noticed a strong peanut butter flavor and couldn’t understand why.
