Ordered the swirl coffee caramel ice cream cake for our office birthday treat. The friendly staff and Jennifer did not disappoint us.

Ive ordered from this store multiple times in the last few months and every single order either gets messed up or nothing is there or made when the driver gets there.

I love cold stone and have been going there for years. But recently I got a long hair in my ice cream. I was in a few times within 6 months and 3 other customers were complaining about hair in their ice cream as well. It?s an easy fix justdisappointing that they still let their employees wear their hair down in a food establishment.

This location has been great over the years. Recently had an issue with a new worker that over charged for add-ons that should have been included. Management helped resolve the issue and was friendly. Great ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from.They may be having some staff problems right now but it will get fixed over time.

The young people on staff here make this Coldstone stand out from the others. Even if they didn?t enjoy their job, you?d never know. They were so energetic and pleasant- I can hardly describe it. My friend and I went to this location 2x in the 3 days wevisited Bozeman. Coldstone is Coldstone in a sense but this one honestly really stood above simply due to the staff. Highlyrecommend it! My order came with a different flavor of ice cream than what I had requested, which definitely impacted the overall taste. It also seemed like either the utensils or preparation surfaces weren't properly sanitized. Additionally, the cups were not filled to the right size, and the lids provided were for a smaller cup, making them ineffective and causing a messy, melted situation. Given that this was a pricey order, I’m quite disappointed.

I love coming to cold stone and seeing my ice cream being made with my favorite ingredients. I appreciate everyone who works there and I understand that some days it?s going to be busy and you need to rush but that doesn?t mean to do a poor job. I havehad my fair share of bad experiences here but I just thought to share this one. This one employee today did not do a good joband had a rude attitude about everything. He did not mix my ice cream well with brownie and caramel, I had to do it myself. Andwhen I asked for spoons he tossed them to me instead of handing them to me. Overall this experience was not the best and I didnot appreciate it.

I have ordered my kids birthday cakes at cold stone over the last several years. I called in an order and the young lady took my order details. I went to pick up my cake and the staff could not find it. The young man helping me asked me to step aside so hecould help the other customers. I asked if I could just buy a pre-made cake for my sons birthday party. Hee rolled his eyes,shrugged and acted as if this whole thing was my fault. After he helped the other customers, even one customer said to me thathe wasn't being very helpful, I confronted him and said that he was treating me like I made the mistake and that I didn'tappreciate him rolling his eyes.
