"this is one of the worst coldstones I've ever been. too much confusion during the ordering in, they have to hear at the top of their lungs, various aromen inside then online. workers should really wear a hair net and gloves. the same worker who flatters her egg and holds her waffel bowl has no gloves on, then runs to register to ring her, all while she dirty register then goes back to sneak and touch dishes with dirty cash / money hands. the toilets were out of order and the restaurant was dirty. this coldstone can also not make the ice right to save her life. they do not follow the instructions according to which the ice style demands and it is runny, unexcept a chaos, not attractive or good, sloppy and low quality. they just don't care if they make their ice cream. they use too much of something or not enough of an ingredient. I swear it's just so hard to find good quality in these days. feels like I'm throwing my money away. I will not return to this place again. these companies are just proud of their work and employees."
