All the berries were intact and deeply frozen. I have never encountered this with this ice cream before.

This used to be a fantastic spot a few months ago, but lately, they've really cut back on the portion sizes. I ordered a medium cup, and it was quite sparse. Unfortunately, I think I need to look for a new place to satisfy my ice cream cravings.

The experience didn’t justify the cost. There were hardly any toppings on my dish. I had asked for a few extras, but they barely added any and then tried to charge me extra, even though those weren’t truly additional toppings as they should have been!

I even reached out to the owner to share my feedback, but all he could say was, “Sorry.” If you're looking for a real banana split, I recommend going to Andy's; they know how to do it right. I cannot recommend Cold Stone; they seem to be overcharging while giving poor portions. It’s just not worth it. View menu

Cold Stone, especially the Lake Mary location, is fantastic! I hardly need to say much when I get there since the owners and staff are always so welcoming. It’s definitely the best ice cream place in the area. I do wish it was a bit easier to order custom mixes, like "Somewhere Over The Rain Dough," through DoorDash, but other than that, Cold Stone really shines as the top choice!

The staff appears to be overwhelmed, and there’s an older gentleman who works there who is rather unfriendly. During my visits last month, I saw only one server trying to handle five customers at once, which isn’t ideal. It feels like the management is lacking. This place has changed a lot for the worse. EDIT: To make matters worse, one of the employees even threatened my friend without any provocation!
