that's just okay. I don't think I'm a fan of the Coldstone method of mixing ice cream. problematic was the little ice-cake I bought for my wife on her birthday. cost-effective and tasteful deep cooler burned. in short, I feel overpaid for c ice cream. this is 100% my subjective opinion and no affirmation of the fact at all. Cold Stone is a go-to place for ice cream, regardless of the weather! We love exploring the rich and interesting new flavors, but we often find ourselves returning to our classics. While it's pricier than a pint from the grocery store, there's something satisfying about having it freshly scooped. The staff at this location, though young, handled the influx of online orders impressively well.

This place offers a delightful and impressive variety of handmade ice cream flavors and mix-in options. The first mix-in is complimentary! However, the waffle cones are rather plain and not worth the price, which nearly doubles when you add one. It's definitely a spot for indulgence, so be prepared to spend at least $8 for a small scoop (with a waffle cone). That said, it really does satisfy your cravings.

Very dissatisfied with “Lexi” the girl who checked me out. After paying during a rush hour I was putting cash away and she ordered me that “I can leave now” with rolled eyes very rude customer service. Ice-cream was good and all the other staff was so sweet and efficient. Just sad to see one employee ruin the vibes and service for the whole visit. Overall great staff and ran well. However wont be coming back after this visit due to not feeling welcomed as a customer. Hope to see some changes because the store is usually astonishing. Very disappointing. View menu

All I wanted was to get some ice cream but instead I left very dissatisfied with the rude customer service Lexi gave to me. I felt her response was unnecessary and extremely rude. I am a plus sized woman and a woman of color I got a different response then all the other customers. She refused to serve me and made her nice coworkers serve me instead. When it was time to checkout I got attitude and rolled eyes. I’ve had great experiences at this location but after this encounter she ruined my visit and my view of this store. Some action needs to take place in order for me to return.

I ice cream. but if I can't have an ice for allergies. insults, diabetics. no care. they also have sherbet a light vanilla itoppings r usually have sugar, but they also have: brushed nuts fresh banana’peanut butter* they can also tell them, u would like their erdnussbutter to melt. goldstone also have a card when u use it to earn points. will get 25 points when they sign up 4 the my goldstone club rewards club. f we do not have their member card without problems. we still use their phone numbers points. but not all goldstones have the light vanilla. so they call their coldstone. the southlands mallnext 2 del taco. I don't know the other places, so look at the rest of the coldstones.

We placed a delivery order last week and once our ice cream arrived, I noticed they messed up my order and gave me double of the same thing. I was extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to that chocolate-dipped strawberries ice cream. I immediately called and notified them of the mistake. Unfortunately, since I placed the order through door dash, the company refused to fix the mistake and send out another order. That being said, Cold Stone's manager and Sam took it upon themselves to make sure I was happy and Sam personally drove to my house to deliver my ice cream.
