at this place for an ice cold look. good choice of ice and toppings. the staff were very friendly and polite. it was a joy to be in this invite.

Worst cold stone experience. Young girl with rainbow hair..1. Rude2.. does not get the cold stone concept.I could have mixed the ingredients better with supermarket products!!

I got a chocolate shake, like it size. Way too much milk, was even pointed out by another employee. I told them I wanted a new one. They said no its still good. I pretty much paid for a cup of milk.

pretty fast service but would have appreciated a lid as arizona in summer means that it begins to melt as soon as they leave the door. they gave me no chance to ask one before they were on the next person.

I called and ordered a cake for the birthday of my sohnes and not only dustin offer excellent customer service he went beyond and beyond to help make the birthday of my sohnes! Their ice cream is delicious but their service is absolutely awful. We just wanted a banana next to the ice cream we ordered and they wanted a dollar for it, which is fine. The server then says she can only give us half the banana for some reason. This is really a simple and small request, how can it be so difficult to give us a whole banana? It just tells us how greedy of a business this is. We will be avoiding this creamery from now on.

I have NEVER had a problem with this store, until now. Went in a couple of days early and ordered ice cream sandwiches for a birthday party. The guy there did not speak clear English and could not comprehend what I was saying. I wanted 4 of each flavor; paid for them at $70.21 total. Picked them up on Wednesday around noon and took them home to find they looked like they had been thrown into the package; the first package contained 3chocolate with mini chocolate chips and one vanilla with nuts or something; the next package was all chocolate with chocolate chips; the next one was 3 chocolate with chocolate chips and 1 vanilla with sprinkles the last one contained 3 chocolate with mini chocol...

I love supporting local businesses. I always got a kick out of Cold Stone picking the toppings and watching them mix all the personally picked goodies in. With all the competition I wish the locations would step it up with consistency and the cleanliness factor. Being at In-N-Out Burger late at night after a crazy day it is clean, including the bathrooms! I wish other places like this would follow suite. I also wish they were consistent in scoop sizes. Maybe difficult with the type of spatula/spoon used, but our girls never get the same amount and they notice. Hee hee The gal who helped us was so sweet.
