Cold Stone Creamery

Last two times here they?ve messed up my order. First time they gave me the wrong ice cream, second time they gave me expired ice cream. I?m going to the Cold Stone at Terra Nova from now on.

It was a beautiful, hot day—just right for indulging in some delicious cold ice cream. I can't say enough good things about this place; it's a paradise for ice cream enthusiasts. They have an extensive selection of flavors and a generous assortment of toppings to choose from.

I absolutely love this Cold Stone! I ordered my 30th birthday cake from here, and my son chose the flavor and filling. It was incredibly delicious! We had a wonderful experience during our visit, largely due to the friendly and attentive service. The interior was clean, and we were intrigued by the exciting new flavors in the ice cream selection, including the seasonal Peeps. Additionally, there is ample parking available both in front of and beside the plaza building.

We had a wonderful experience this evening at our nearby Cold Stone Creamery! Our server, Oscar, was incredibly helpful, assisting us in checking the ingredients for the ice cream and mix-ins to accommodate our allergies. While there was a bit of a wait, the line moved swiftly. The store was clean, and while social distancing was encouraged, it wasn't strictly enforced.

Very disappointed in management for not training their employees and allowing their personal beliefs to interfere with customs interactions. Left after terrible service (if you can call it that) and no product was sold. I really enjoy Cold Stone Creamery. The ice cream is incredibly creamy, rich, and smooth. Our favorite flavors include chocolate, coffee, sweet cream, and strawberry. I love the option to create my own ice cream concoction. The mix-ins are fantastic, with choices like M&Ms, gummy bears, Oreos, chocolate chips, brownies, almonds, sprinkles, and more. It's perfect for everyone, both adults and kids!

Unfortunately, Cold Stone Creamery is such a great place, but they don’t even have their chairs or tables available for customers. It was disheartening to see that the handicap-accessible table was closed off just because the owner doesn't want anyone in the establishment. I’m not sure I’ll return after witnessing two elderly women ask to sit down and the manager refusing to provide them with chairs. It seems like the owner doesn’t care about their customers at all! The menu may be fantastic, but the dining experience was disappointing.
