"The staff here are quite rude. When my friend accidentally spilled my ice on the floor, their response was not at all friendly. I decided to order a second serving to replace the one that fell, but they were again unpleasant and pushy about making sure I paid for it. We had planned to pay for a replacement all along and never expected anything for free. It's unfortunate that they seem to prioritize making money over providing good customer service."

My mate and I ordered online. Never received our order. We called cold stone and they basically told us that they had already made the order and someone picked it up. Didn’t offer to remake, just basically told us to screw ourselves. 10/10 most annoying situation.

Once again, one of our items was missing from the order. While receiving a refund is nice, it's really disappointing when you've had a long day and are looking forward to a treat, only to find it didn't arrive. This happens far too frequently. We are very disappointed customers.
