"This Canadian visitor had a negative experience at a pizza restaurant on their way to Chicago. Despite enjoying the pizza itself, they were extremely disappointed with the customer service. They had to wait a long time for their order, only to find out that their dipping sauces were missing. When they tried to ask for them, the staff ignored them for twenty minutes. Other customers also mentioned the staff's lack of attentiveness and manners. Overall, the reviewer was not happy with their experience and would not recommend the restaurant, giving it a low rating solely for the quality of the pizza."

that's the best pizza I had. super impressed by the quality of the ingredients, especially the products and cheese; all the beats, including salads had delicious and fresh products. View menu

thanks. cottage inn. I accidentally placed my work address in our delivery order and when the delivery driver called (because he was in a closed business), he was incredibly gracious and brought the order directly to our home address. that is really appreciated!

cottage inn is by far the best pizza round. I have never had a bad pizza. Just keep in mind if they visit this special location: we are still waiting for another 10-20 minutes on our scheduled pick-up time. I know everyone's just occupied and I don't complain. I'm just trying to get that word out of it. our pizza was hot and super fresh. always made exactly how we want.

I ordered a pizza at 11:20 am with a delivery time of 12:00. I called at 12:30 pm to inquire about the order and was told it was finally on its way. However, it did not arrive until 12:50 pm, 90 minutes late, and was at room temperature. I was asked to heat it up myself. I recommend avoiding this restaurant and trying one of the many other great pizza places on this side of town. View menu

Pizza is good when you can get it. They aren't honest with their delivery or pickup estimates about 50% of the time. Eventually canceled my order tonight after waiting nearly 2 hours. Was never given an honest update when I called to check and see if it was perhaps delivered incorrectly, they suggested I pick it up. Then called back to see if I could still pick it up and they said to expect at least another 40 minutes?

The first time I came here I was surprised by how I was ignored. The staff could clearly see me and I could see my pizza sitting there. I thought I must have just had bad luck with someone having a bad day. I tried again with the same problem except this time the pizza was 30 minutes late. That’s when I checked reviews and saw this is a systematic problem. This comes down to poor management. Domino’s does an amazing job greeting you and helping. And their pizza is always on time. The thing is I want to try other pizza places. I won’t be trying Cottage Inn again even if I like the pizza.

"Came here on sunny Tuesday evening around 8pm for dinner. The place was packed, and this was surprising to me because this is a vegetarian place. I don't see vegetarian spots packed like this back home in the Bay Area, so I was excited to try it. Luckily we didn't have to wait, but we were seated on the sidewalk. We got two cocktails and a beer. Since we were seated outside, there was a pesky bee that flew around while we drank. It fell and died in my beer, so luckily the server gave me another beer. We got the buffalo cauliflower wings, buffalo wrap, and the world's greatest wrap. The cauliflower wings were delicious! The texture was crispy and it was my first time eating them at a restaurant instead of making them at home. The breading had a nice crunch. The world's greatest wrap had grilled tempeh, melted provolone-style cheese, shredded cabbage, pickled carrot-radish, tomato, grilled red onion, guacamole garlic mayo on a whole-wheat tortilla. I don't eat tempeh often but I love the grilled flavor of this tempeh. The textures of the ingredients made everything feel fresh despite having heavy stuff like guacamole and garlic mayo in it. The buffalo wrap had buffalo soy curls, baby greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, celery, cabbage homemade ranch on a wheat tortilla. My cousins and I didn't like this as much as the other wrap, and it paired better with a hot sauce, but I still thought it was a decent wrap. We were full with two wraps between three people. Vegetarian food is always tricky for me because I feel like I could eat an infinite amount of it. After coming here, I can see why it's a solid food spot for the community. I'd recommend it!"
