"So many wonderful compliments about this restaurant. First, the service is great. Our waitress recitates several appetizer specialties as well as a few enticing specialties from memory and impeccable. She was bubbly and friendly and delivered fast, quality service from start to finish. Secondly, every piece of food that touched my taste buds could be replaced. The Buffalo tenderloin appetizer was spicy and sweet, the white wine was ice-cold, the lobster bisque was creamy and tasty, and the desert was also perfect. The meal was expensive, but if you pay a real cook to create an artistic delicious meal that is to be expected. Overall, you pay for an experience while on holiday and Theodore's not to deliver. Great food, great service, great experience."

"The food was really good. We started with the Steak and Cheese bites. The steak was well seasoned and the cheese curds had a light breading. This came with a ranch and a Chipotle sauce. I then had the prime rib with a baked potato and it had just the right char and was cooked perfectly. My mom had the cheeseburger but asked for only lettuce and onion and was also given tomato. The toppings are extra so that was a concern. She also requested onion rings and got fries instead, which he took off the bill. They were about to start some live music when we left and have a nice liquor selection and a blackjack table in the corner. I would go back if I was staying in town longer. Parking: There is a smaller lot out front but plenty of street parking within a block"

"We only had breakfast at this restaurant, and both the food and service were excellent. The waitstaff is attentive and efficient, without unnecessary delays. Although the place isn't large, which might lead to a bit of a wait, I believe it's absolutely worth it. They offer a unique second pancake syrup in addition to the traditional maple syrup, which I found quite intriguing. Plus, the coffee is above average as well."

"Very poor customer service. I arrived as a party of one and was taken to be seated at a table. I asked could I be seated at a booth instead. The waitress said no that those are for parties of three or more people. The waitress then said she could ask her supervisor if she could seat me at a booth. The waitress then went and asked her supervisor would it be okay to seat me at a booth and upon the waitresses return she said her supervisor said no I could not be seated at a booth. I counted three open booths at that moment and there were no other parties waiting to be seated, so it didn’t seem like an unreasonable request. One would think a restaurant would attempt to provide the utmost customer service, especially when it is something as simple as a booth versus a table. I have never had a restaurant experience where I was told I couldn’t sit at a particular table, that is unless a reservation had been made."

"My family and I went to experience this place two days ago. We had to wait in a very long line of people before we got to two girls at the gate. Imagine our surprise (and frustration) when we got turned away. Apparently one needs to buy tickets before one could get in. And do not expect to see any information about that anywhere around. One needs to know these things. I should mention there was a POS terminal next to the gate, but humiliating customers who traveled a long time to get there is sweeter for these folks.."
