"This small and unassuming restaurant offers delicious food that is somewhat gluten free. While the place may not be fancy, the prices are reasonable and the food is fresh and tasty. They use mayo-based sauces instead of traditional soy sauce, making it a good option for those who are gluten free. The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation of the dishes, even though there is no specific gluten free menu. The Crazy Rock and Roll roll is filled with fresh fish, while the Jewish roll has a generous amount of cream cheese and salmon. Overall, this is a restaurant worth trying out."

Great sushi fusion! My favorites are the spicy tempura kinta style. I also like their ahi tuna salad!

Been coming here at this and the old location since they opened, they have great rolls you can't get anywhere else! I don't even live in LA anymore but it's on my list to visit every time I visit.

My family and I have been dining here for many years, and it's truly a neighborhood gem. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. I often order the Salmon Tempura. Please note that it's now takeout only.

This place is so delicious! It's definitely one of my top choices for unique sushi. The rolls are large and everything is incredibly fresh, not to mention reasonably priced. The only downside is that they do not accept reservations. View menu

I highly recommend Kinta for sushi. It offers some of the best quality sushi at an affordable price. The Kinta roll is delicious but be sure to ask for the sauce on the side if you prefer less sweetness. The albacore is very tasty and they also have a fantastic ponzu sauce. Don't miss out on trying the spicy salmon handroll and the spicy tuna salad, they are essential dishes for a great dining experience at Kinta.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. When I requested extra soy sauce, the owner insisted that I could only have one. This policy is quite unreasonable and detracts from the overall experience. It's unfortunate that a restaurant with such high-quality food is hindered by the owner's lack of customer service skills. Perhaps they should consider getting a new owner to ensure both great food and excellent service.

"Had a perfect and delicious special occasion dinner here! The ambiance is modern high end steakhouse, with a great selection including various wagyu items and a variety of great seafood options as well including fresh oysters and caviar service. The staff from host to server to bussers are all exceptional, and the kitchen turns out perfect dish after perfect dish. If I could afford it, I 'd want to eat here at least once a week. It is so excellent, delicious, and high quality. To start off the kitchen gave us a few gougères, light cheesy kind of small popovers, which was such a nice way to start. Then I had a lovely cocktail called Start Me Up (Flor de Caňa, Myers 's Dark, Orgeat, Pineapple Juice, Passionfruit and it came with a cool big ice cube in it that said CUT. I LOVE good bread, and if you 're like me, you must order the bread here. You get parmesan crisps, Hokkaido milk bread (nice warm pull apart rolls , and pretzel rolls, served with roasted red pepper walnut dip and room temperature (aka spreadable! butter. This was all so good. We also got a salad to share that was an off menu seasonal special of white asparagus and dill with olive oil and balsamic topped with the famous Harry 's strawberries (renowned and unrivaled $20 per pound organic strawberries . I love when a restaurant has this kind of seasonal inventive dish that opens your eyes to a new flavor combination. This was spring meets summer in a dish. Excellent. Make sure to give serious consideration to any seasonal specials they 're offering when you 're there! The steaks we had were cooked as we ordered them and delicious. They automatically come with a selection of sea salt, Hawaiian black salt, dijon, and whole grain mustard for the table to share. It 's a lovely bonus but I wonder how much goes to waste, since the amounts provided are pretty large, and we only used very small amounts of them. I think, if they wanted to, they could invest in smaller containers without any customer complaints. My favorite revelation among many at CUT was the Caramelized Onions which I ordered to go with my steak, and now I want them with every steak I ever have from here on out! On the menu it says next to them available in three varieties meaning they use three different types of onions to make this, and I can 't remember what types the server told me they used but I want to say it may have been cipollini, shallot, and red onion, but I could be wrong. Whatever they use, it 's amazing and I can 't recommend them highly enough. One order of it is plenty to share among two to three steaks. But I did love having some leftover to take home with me, and I may even intentionally order extra next time to make sure I get some to bring home! We got a side of broccolini to share that was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I love bright veggies to accompany steak, they balance/complement each other nicely. For dessert we shared a chocolate souffle which was served with sides of chocolate sauce and whipped crème fraîche so perfect and light as a cloud like a souffle should be. And my favorite was the Banana Cream Pie which was plated in delicate, light layers of caramelized puff pastry and banana slices, vanilla crème brûlée, and banana jam, with a side scoop of banana sorbet. This is so good, the Minions would lose their minds! Overall we had an exquisite dinner experience, and I HIGHLY recommend CUT!"
