It's a great Trinidadian restaurant. I love this place. The food is great and the bakery has all of my favorite desserts.

One of the few authentic Trinidadian restaurants in the DMW! I really love it here. It's definitely worth a visit. The eat and bake is a must-try!

My boyfriend is Trinidadian, and he loves this place. Authentic cuisine. We got the chicken roti, goat roti, king fish meal, jerk chicken meal (both with rice and beans, spinach and plantain). A great Trinidadian dining experience! We ordered two doubles, five currant rolls, one veggie roti, two buss up shut with vegetable sides, and a goat roti for $75. The food was delicious, and the accompanying sauces were fantastic. The only item we didn't particularly enjoy was the Callaloo, as it was a bit bland.

Needed a Caribbean Black Rum cake to serve when discussing the Book, Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson. This cake was a lovely surprise, not too dense and full of flavor. The ordering experience was lovey as well. Ordered some food to go with the cake and it was all packed with great care. Many thanks Crown Bakery!

Good curb appeal. Dated but clean. The customer service was great. They move a little slow, but we came in around 4pm, and being on the feet all day is exhausting so I get it... it took 45mins to get all of our order ready. The roti skin was perfect, but the curry goat chicken was bland even with de peppa. The currants roll was good! I would go back for the currants roll and roti skin! View menu

I treated myself to some currant rolls, drops, aloo pie, pone, and more. I was thrilled to see the food on display; it looked delicious. The roti was pretty good, though I think it could have used a bit more spice. I ordered pepper, but barely tasted it. However, the skin was fantastic, and all the other hot dishes I ordered were excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming, and I truly appreciated that. Crown has definitely earned my business moving forward. Goodbye to the other place!

I've always known from crown, but I have another trini restaurant as it's closer to me. I went into this restaurant one day and was fed. why do I pay these high prices for slow unfriendly service in a company that doesn't even look clean and has not been updated in 20 years or more? I went out and drove the extra distance to crown. I went to the fools buy johannisbeeren roll, drop, alloo cake, pone and more. I was excited that eating was on the display and it looked good. the roti tasted pretty good, although I think it needed a little extra kick. Crown Bakery not only offers mouthwatering Trinidadian pastries but also serves hot meals for lunch or dinner from its hot table. This family-owned restaurant features delicious Caribbean cuisine. I attended a meeting there and enjoyed a buffet of Trinidad and Tobago dishes, including Mango Salad, Rice and Peas, Coconut Rice, Curried Chicken, Stewed Jerk Chicken, Kingfish, Vanilla Cake, Cassava Pone, Rum Punch, and Mango Splash.
