We stayed in an oceanfront room, and as Californians, we found it really exciting to see the sunrise over the ocean instead of the sunset. The service here is exceptional! Marcus at the front desk was fantastic—cheerful and professional in every way, making us feel truly valued. The valet team was quick and energetic, demonstrating great professionalism as well. Beth, the manager, clearly has wonderful employees, which speaks to her effective leadership.

Let me start with this is our favorite vacation area. Unfortunately, Front desk and management are the worst ever now. I haven't seen a hotel run so bad in -years.Shawn the MOD is no help. The receptionist is very rude and invades your privacy.This hotel needs all new management. And the owner needs to take accountability in these employees actions. Food is great. Location awesome. Beaches rocky be aware( keep an eye on kids) Honestly it's better to just get an AirB&B. I'd love a follow up. And would love to speak to the GM.

The staff for booking meetings was completely on top of everything and always checking in to make sure the event was well organized. Jessica was so patient with me and was able to make last minute changes The catering staff was extremely kind and went out of their way to make the group comfortable. Miguel and his staff including Luis and David on Sunday and Dennis and Jordan on Saturday were true hosts Oh and whoever the chef is believe me the food was done to perfection Thank you all for making my group event such a a success. I had the pleasure of working with wonderful staff at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront. I planned/coordinated a 50th Wedding Anniversary party for my clients. All of the guests and clients were beyond happy of everything turned out. Huge shout out to Luis, Miguel, Ronald, Yashira, Nicholas, Carlos, Jessica, Dan. During a lunch meeting, Asli was a wonderful waitress that took care of myself and the banquet catering manager. Every time I am on site at the hotel, I know it’s going to be a great event as their staff is top notch! Thank you everyone for all that you do! Lori

We had an event for 80 family and friends. It was outstanding. I can’t say enough about the leadership team and staff. They made the three day weekend so comfortable. I never had a more pleasant experience. Dan, the manager resolved all problems before I knew there was one. Miguel insured my special evening went without a flaw. The other staff, Luis, Ronald, Yashira, Nicholas, Carlos, and Jessica, were top notch. Their outside tiki restaurant and bar at the beach was a perfect gathering point for all of us during the day. Their staff was great. So friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place, especially for any special event. Lori at Grand Events by Lori was terrific too.

Fri-Wed stay for 2 people. 2 queen bedroom with an ocean balcony in the South Tower. I have always stayed at this hotel for breakfast, live bands, and beachfront views. Everything was absolutely perfect....except for the room and housekeeping. The room had more of a motel feel to it this time with sand all over the floors and bathroom floor, someone 's hair stuck in a few of the clean towels, some of the towels were exceptionally white while others were tinted brown, and what appeared to be old makeup on the bathroom walls. Right on the beach. The hotel feels recently refreshed and the rooms and common spaces feel bright and fresh. The view of the ocean is amazing and if you time your stay with a spaceX launch you can see it from the ocean view rooms. The pool bar is great and the boardwalk to the beach has showers for you to rinse off. Everything you need. Definitely spring for the ocean view room.Rooms: The rooms are fresh and spacious. To make matters worse, I witnessed the wind blowing through the construction site of the high-rise that replaced the parking lot, sending large amounts of plastic trash into the ocean. I picked up as much as I could, but it was incredibly disheartening. The new building also obstructs the view that would have been visible from our window, which is such a shame. This hotel used to be a lovely place; my husband and I celebrated our anniversary here in the past, but we will definitely seek better accommodations from now on. Another unacceptable aspect of the parking is that even after the rain stops, you still have to wade through inches of water just to reach the hotel. If you decide to take the 40 stairs up, you’re met with a massive puddle at the bottom on the hotel side. Alternatively, if you choose not to take the stairs and dodge several lanes of traffic, there’s an even bigger and deeper puddle on that side. Either choice leaves you drenched.
