"Went to Crystal Bees for a concert, and it was alright. The band was entertaining and performed well, but there's only so good you're going to sound in a concrete box. There's zero sound reinforcement and the sound bounces hard. They also have the drum riser behind the stage-right stack, which to me, doesn't look very good. The lights were monochromatically synchronized, but I don't know if that was at the band's direction. From a seating perspective, I don't know why they sell seats/tables in addition to standing, as there's not many places to stand, if any. It was St Patrick's Day and so Guinness was on special for $4 per the sign. However when I ordered one, the bartender said he didn't have any and that I had to go to the other bar area to get it. I didn't order food, so I can't comment on that part. Overall it was alright, I'd go again if there was an interesting band playing, just have to know they're not going to sound great and if you want a table, order tickets ahead of time."

It was disappointing in person compared to the photos. The spot is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Not many arcade games and half were inoperable. Pool tables are ok, bring your own chalk. Bowling, bar and stage areas were nice.

Terrible establishment. I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here. They clearly struggle to manage their staff and operate as a business. There is a noticeable indifference towards both customers and employees. This place needs to adopt better values and treat their employees with more respect. View menu

Food service wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t have 80% of what was on the menu. Then took forever to get the food. Apps and dinner plates came all at once. Missing parts of the order and even got food that was never ordered. Tasted of the food wasn’t anything to write home about either. Now the entertainment part was good but A bunch of the arcade games where out of order. We still spent a lot of money and still had fun with what was there.

I went bowling here, but there was a rock band playing behind the lanes. The screens above the bowling area were showing music videos, but you couldn't hear any music because of the band. When the band took a break, there was silence, which felt quite strange. Additionally, the bowling lanes had some issues that required staff assistance, as you couldn't fix them yourself. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, and the place was clean.

Christine and Company made Southington Catholic School's 2023 5th Grade graduation celebration truly unforgettable! The entire planning process took just about twenty minutes from beginning to end. We received help with setting up the step-and-repeat backdrop and balloon towers, the food was excellent, and the staff handled all our activities with a high level of professionalism. I suspect it might have been the waitress's first week, but it's hard to say. At one point, an older gentleman in plain clothes, who I assume was the owner, stopped by our table to ask how everything was. My wife explained the situation, and he kindly gave all the kids $10 gift cards for the video games, which was a nice gesture. I did feel bad for the waitress, though. As for the video games, they were pretty standard—nothing particularly high-tech or brand new, just the usual selection. There was also a Van Halen cover band performing while we were there, which added to the atmosphere. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the food was truly great!

I attended a special fundraising event for Brian's Angels Homeless Fund, and I must say the hosts did an excellent job organizing everything. The venue was very clean and has a fun atmosphere. The employees at Crystal Bees were all friendly, attentive, and supportive. The food selection was great, and I really enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich while my sister had the spinach bowl, which was also delicious. Our waitress was friendly and courteous, and she made sure my sandwich didn't contain any allergens. The bands that played were all incredibly talented and added to the fantastic vibe of the evening. We had a wonderful time chatting, eating, and dancing!
