This place did not look like a restaurant!!! It was not clean or well kept. Looked more like a bootleg grocery market

I go there all the time whenever I'm in the mood for jamaican cuisine. The staff are always courteous, very pleasant, did I mention the food, oh, its very good.

The best jerk chicken and oxtail around! They have been in business for years, and I absolutely love the staff. The portions are generous, often more than I can finish in one sitting, which is perfect for leftovers the next day. I've been a loyal customer for over 14 years! View menu

I walked in and quickly walked out. I’m sorry, but this restaurant does not seem safe for dining. I can’t speak to the food's taste, but my health is a top priority. I noticed outdated produce on the shelves and molded patties, as well as what appeared to be rodent droppings. The owner should seriously consider cleaning up this establishment, as it poses a health risk.

This place is awesome. If you don't know please ask somebody. From the mini shop jam packed with all the island goodies your eyes can feast on. Canned cheese and the side cafe make shift produce section transports you to a more relaxed life. Take your time. if you are in a rush, call in or don't come, but the throw down is really worth the experience.Suggestions are akee and salt fish and get it before they run out but the presentation with boiled yucca and dumplings is just the jump off to food that will make you feel the love you so desperately needed.

Some pros: polite staff, nice size portions, prompt service, clean space, on-site minor grocery items.Cons: I’ve been here a few time before writing this review and so I’ve really given them every chance with different foods. Every time the food was too salty. Sometimes to the point it overpowers the actual flavor of how the dish is supposed to taste. I mentioned it to them and they said “it’s seasoning”…I even went to the liquor store next door and got fresh limes and thought just maybe it could cut the saltiness but sadly it didn’t work…so I don’t know…sadly I will not be returning : View menu
