Denny's - Menu

This location was very clean and nice. The staff is professional and friendly we enjoyed all of their food. They are reasonable in price.

The management at this restaurant has decided to part ways with their manager, Austin. He lacked the necessary management skills and often behaved poorly. It is important for the new manager to prioritize customer service.

We came at a slow time, but it was fantastic! It’s so nice and clean. It’s newer, and the decor is super updated. Our waiter was awesome as well. Not sure what his name was, but he definitely knew the menu!Highly recommend if you’re craving some breakfast food! View menu

I was there near Christmas. At that time they were only doing take out orders. The dining room was closed. This visit, they were open and fairly busy. Service was great, very friendly. I had Eggs Benedict. While they were good, the Hollandaise sauce was lacking.

Very friendly staff. My family went on March 17th for breakfast and the morning crew was amazing. Our waiter greeted me at the door, as I came later, aksed what drink I wanted. I explained to her which one, which they no longer carried but she was able to make me one anyway. Very happy staff the place was nice and clean. You would really enjoy the morning Crew. I apologize I didn't remember their names but the three ladies were all amazingly kind and friendly

This was probably the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Three of our pancakes were undercooked and had raw batter in the middle. To make matters worse, we found a hair in our omelet. When we informed our waitress about the issues, she became defensive and rude, even throwing our plates back on the table. The waitresses were laughing and joking about the situation, showing a lack of professionalism. We never received an apology or a replacement for our meal. I only recommend coming to this location for breakfast. Never had a problem when eating here before 11am. Came here for supper for the first time. It was HORRIBLE. Ordered water to drink and the cup they gave me had lipstick marks from whoever had the cup before me. After that, it took asking 3 times to finally get straws. I got eggs and hashbrowns to eat. After waiting an eternity to get food, even though the restaurant was practically empty, my food was sitting in a giant puddle of grease. When I told the waitress about my issue with the food, she did not offer to remake it or take it off the check. Simply sat the ticket on the table and walked away. I recently visited Denny's and had a disappointing experience. We waited for over two hours for our food, and the manager, Austin, was unhelpful. When our food finally arrived, it was not prepared correctly. I was frustrated and asked to speak to the manager, but he was not accommodating. Additionally, it seemed like we were being treated unfairly compared to other customers, particularly African Americans. Despite my love for Denny's, I will not be returning due to the poor service and apparent discrimination. Our server, possibly Makia, was very kind and attentive, and the food wasn’t bad although there was quite a few things they were out of. However, we witnessed many people being turned away 45 minutes to prior to closing time because “the dining area was closed” even though that’s not company policy. A 6 person party came in at 11:15 and were very rudely told that they wouldn’t be seated because they were closing soon. Another person came in alone at 11:20 and they were also told that they wouldn’t be seated nor could they sit at a booth while waiting for their to go order that they graciously placed instead of dine-in.
