"It was very awkward trying to order sandwiches the 1st person behind the counter was silent. She didn't greet us or give us options for what we could get on our sandwiches. She just stared at us waiting for us to tell her what we wanted. We also couldn't see the meat being put on our sandwiches as the window was blocked by large lid. Definitely in need of some training. Service: Takeaway"

"If you are looking to be ignored and then being fed stale food that was thrown into the fryer, together with a 3 month old oil, with a hint of WD-40, this is the place for you. We waited 45min for inedible food that was basically old chicken and an old dinner roll that were thrown into the washer, and instead of detergent they used black smoky oil. One of the worst places I've been to. Service is non existent. Pathetic. Shame. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"We really enjoyed the Cattleman's! A couple of things worthy to note before you visit: call ahead for reservations, if they're full, you won't be seated. The atmosphere is really trendy, and upscale. Especially for Sac City. Cute little town, just not the gem I expected to find. Now to the food; neither my husband or I ordered steak, I know, I know. But I wanted drinks and desserts so I went with chicken. LOL. The sides are ala carte, which is typical for steakhouses. I tried the brussel sprouts, and they were good. Nothing award winning, but I love them, and my family doesn't, so I treated myself. The chicken was perfectly cooked, seasoned correctly. The dessert, well, we took to go, and honestly, I don't need to have again. But the drinks those were phenomenal. I tried the Wisconsin Sunset and I would drink that again. The Italian Margarita was a bit strong, and a bit burnt on tequila, but I wasn't wasting it. The staff was pleasant, and attentive. And we just truly enjoyed our experience. We look forward to returning, and we'll both have the steak. Oh, my husband had the burger and fries, and loved them both."

"We love it here. Such great food, with amazing prices, And very delicious ice cream. Not very often you can go somewhere eat AND have desert with 3 people for under $40. Any time we go to Sac city we have to eat here."
