"Salty, crunchy, and umami forward food makes Dickson's another great option within the Chelsea Market. At the recommendation of the bartender, we opened with a Brooklyn wheat beer, which was malted, but not malty, and offered a pleasant sour finish that wasn't overpowering. As a main, my brother took the pastrami reuben. This was a tasty freaking sandwich gorgeous bread that had crispy edges and soft interior, salty and fatty pastrami, and creamy Russian dressing for texture and finish. I opted instead for the kale caesar salad. It was really tasty, which actually is _not_ what I wanted I was trying to be healthy. But I appreciated that the salad had panko, parm, and bacon tossed liberally throughout, not just on the top. The salt level and crunch made every bite enjoyable. I'm eager to try another local beer and looking forward to savoring every well earned calorie on my next visit."

Sausage making class was terrific. Instructors were very well informed and struck the right balance between instruction, demonstration and hands-on practice

We stopped here for some lunch after a walk along the high line, the food came out quickly, was a good size and very tasty. Their beers were also nice and refreshing.

I had the best hot dog and cheese fries I've ever tasted! The food is absolutely incredible! The hot dog is unmatched, and the fries are phenomenal. They also have great beer. You have to visit this place! View menu

I had the pulled pork for lunch, and it was excellent! The order was prepared quickly, it tasted fantastic, and there was ample seating available. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Chelsea Market.

Fun little spot on the lower level of Chelsea Market to grab charcuterie, sandwiches and beer. There is a large variety of meats, from steak to hot dogs and dozens of different salamis and cured meats. Not a bad place to grab a snack, if you are in the area.

We visited Dicksons having walked the Highline. My daughter and I travelled from the UK to visit New York. We had lunch here. It was my 50th Birthday and was lovely. The charcuterie type lunch was right up our street and was accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. This place comes highly recommended by me! View menu

Love coming to Chelsea Market for all of the different food options. Dickson's is definitely a great option and glad I gave it a try. I ordered the brisket sandwich which was well worth it. Brisket was super tender and flavorful. It also wasn't slices extremely thin, which I definitely preferred. Service was decently quick and my sandwich came out within 10-15 minutes.

The LEMON CAJUN ROTISSERIE CHICKEN deserves a perfect 5 stars. I want to emphasize that right away—it's incredibly juicy, flavorful, and comes in generous portions. You can request it whole, in quarters, or even cut into 8 pieces. However, I deducted a star for the $8 order of broccolini, which wasn’t even broccolini. I understand that you’re primarily a butcher shop and may not specialize in vegetables, but it would be great if you could at least serve the correct item. What I received was just standard broccoli, for $8 no less. Next time, I'll probably skip the vegetables altogether.
