"Dions on academy must have changed management, because it has been progressively getting worse every time I go here (once a week).They are routinely forgetting my order or egregiously misquoting wait times. The past three times I’ve gone I’ve had to go and ask where my food was after half an hour (only a slice each time). This time it was a drive through where I sat by myself with no other car for 15 minutes additional for an order I called in 15 minutes ago.I can see them rushing around in the back and looking for a misplaced order and then there is never any admittance of making a mistake, which is really what ticks me off.I know the majority of them are kids, but management needs to step up. I love this Dions, I’ve gone here since I was a kid for over 20 years.I know the service here is getting worse. I’d love to change the review to 5 stars but not as it is."

My car is currently in the shop, and my mom came over to spend some time with my kids and me. I thought it would be a good idea to use her car to pick up a family-sized salad and a sandwich for my daughter for dinner. Unfortunately, the salad arrived without any dressing, and the sandwich came with onions, despite me specifically requesting none. My mom had to leave just as I got back, so I was left with a huge salad without dressing and a sandwich my daughter won't eat. It was a really disappointing experience.

I spent $40 on a pizza and a sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I specifically requested no extra oregano after the pizza was taken out of the oven. They have a shaker for added seasoning, which they used despite my request. Now I’m left with a pizza that I have to eat alone, as my family won’t touch it due to the extra oregano. I even confirmed my order over the phone, and the staff member assured me there would be no extra oregano. It’s frustrating that such a simple request couldn’t be followed. I feel like I’ve wasted $40.
