"I ordered online for deliver and the tracker showed all the way through quality check. After 45 minutes of waiting I called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. I went to the drive thru window to ask where my food was and why it had not been delivered. The young Hispanic looking kid told me the night manager had gotten sick and had gone home. He said he did not know anything about the food I ordered not anything about the money I had paid online. He claimed he didnt know the manager’s name or how I could get my money back. Neither he nor Domino’s has no concern for customer service.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE."

Got the wrong pizza delivered again. Called and someone actually answered this time. They said to bring it back and they'll cook me another one. I ordered and paid for delivery and left a tip. Why would I want to go pick it up when it costs me 20extra to get it delivered. I brought it back and got my money back. This is constant with this dominos in Cairo. Keep thefree pizza. Don't want it.
