"I cannot rate the service high enough. I made a mistake for an online pick up order for my students' Christmas Party. Long story short, I was a day early! Alicia and Nehemiah were the only two working in the kitchen that day. It was Thursday before Christmas Break and SEVERAL schools and businesses were having parties and ordering from Domino's. Those two were hustling... HUSTLING... I was so impressed with that in the first place, but I became much more impressed when I realized my mistake, and I would have never asked them to squeeze in 14 pizzas on top of their busy load. Alicia looked at me and said that they would make it happen. AND THEY DID!!!! I watched them work together, interact with customers, etc. and were extremely pleasant and seemed unbothered by with what I would have considered a stressful day! Shout Out to Alicia and Nehemiah!! They saved the day and 52 kids VERY HAPPY!!"

I had to order on line because if. Big if.... Someone answered the phone they hung up on meFood not here yet. My husband had to pick it up even though it says you deliver. We are less than 1/2 mile awayDisapointedIf you are busy just say. I am busy. Call me back in whatever amount of time. Needs serious adult supervisionStop leaving the place full of children. I ordered online for deliver and the tracker showed all the way through quality check. After 45 minutes of waiting I called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. I went to the drive thru window to ask where my food was and why it had not been delivered. The young Hispanic looking kid told me the night manager had gotten sick and had gone home. He said he did not know anything about the food I ordered not anything about the money I had paid online. He claimed he didnt know the manager’s name or how I could get my money back. Neither he nor Domino’s has no concern for customer service.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
