Exceptional customer service! We arrived just before closing time, yet they still treated us with a warm smile and provided great service. The pizza was fantastic, just like always!

Ordered delivery and when we got the food the pizza topping literally just fell off. The middle was soggy and the stuffed pepperoni bread sticks were hard and didn?t seem like there was any cheese in them. So not worth $44!!!!

Our first experience was to bad, just didn?t care for the options. It also tasted weird. There?s better pizza options in Waco! There was like 3/4 options( also it?s a Sunday) I wouldn?t even order to go because the taste was just off. But the salad!! Itwas so goooddd!!!! View menu

We were the only customers in the restaurant. No one cleaned these tables the entire time we were there. Floor dirty, table sticky. Loud music that was thankfully turned off. Really disappointing. We?ve always liked DD. The meatball sandwiches were pretty good and the only reason I?m giving a star. We will go to Round Rock for DD and get our pizza in Waco elsewhere.

They never replenished the pizza the entire time we were there and there was nodessert pizza at all. And let?s be honest, the reason to come to DD is the chocolate chip pizza. It was disappointing and awaste of our money.

I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time it seems to get worse. This last experience was the worst of all. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. The visit was terrible—by 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon, there was hardly any pizza available, and the little that was offered was dried out. I also noticed dead crickets on the floor. There were only two staff members on duty, and it appeared that a third was a sick employee sleeping in a booth. I will never return. It was a horrible experience—do not waste your money here!

During the hour we were there, the pizza rolls, which were clearly the most popular item, were only refilled once. All the napkin holders were empty, and the bathroom had run out of soap and paper towels. However, the food that eventually did come out was quite delicious.
