We arrived before the other customers, but no one attended to us. The staff seemed to focus only on their regulars. It felt like we were being overlooked due to our race. The food was good, but the customer service was very disappointing.

Now, let's talk about the food—simply amazing! We tried their pulled pork and brisket, both of which were incredibly tender and flavorful. The au gratin potatoes and coleslaw were, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted! My wife mentioned that the carrot cake was one of the best she had ever enjoyed as well. Doug's was fantastic! After a long day exploring Bears Ears, a hearty plate of BBQ meat and mac and cheese felt like a divine feast, brought to me by Doug himself. Crystal, the well-known server mentioned in other reviews, was amazing! The brisket was delicious, the spicy BBQ sauce was excellent, and the ultra-creamy mac and cheese was just right. I almost left out the lemonade! I ordered the whiskey lemonade, and it was the best I've ever tasted.

The ambiance in the restaurant was very relaxed and impeccably clean! They also have a full bar, and we can't wait to dine in! Now, onto the food… it was AMAZING! This restaurant offers an incredibly authentic steak and BBQ experience! The real testament to its quality is the love it receives from locals. The atmosphere is quite simple, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: the food! We ordered the combo plate, which included brisket, St. Louis ribs, jalapeño cheese sausage, pulled pork, baked beans, mac and cheese, and a corn muffin. I also needed to walk my dogs, so I stumbled upon this gem while craving some barbecue. I walked over and ordered the pulled pork platter with French fries, and everything was absolutely heavenly. The ranch dressing is particularly delightful – definitely make sure to get some with your fries!
